Video has been pulled anywhere it has been linked. I think my biggest complaint is it being an origin story. Somebody has also been playing Mirror's Edge.

Hit 45%+ and if you need more pop a purple. I don't have Elude on my IOed out Kat/sr and I have yet to know of a situation where I would be better off with it considering I would have to give up a power to fit it in. I see no need to deal with the crash from Elude. The benefits don't counter the annoyance.

And then you factor in BA and FE. Also, 20% means there is a chance it happens. You have the procs doing 100% damage.
EDIT: The only end reduc you have in DR is a proc. You better hope that procs well. -
Not sure if Crey's, or FRONTLOAD rose to fame first, but Crey's is a poor ambush farm in terms of rewards over time. It requires too much maneuvering. Plus, it's a single mission so you waste time resetting the mission versus just grabbing another. Same issue with FRONTLOAD as well. You want 5 mission arcs instead. #423253 is one of them. #460877 should be another.

Quote:I consider them safe as anything. Why? There is no exploit. It's simply matching damage type with mitigation type. You can do this for fire, S/L, energy, etc... Obviously some damage types would be bad, ie Ice with no ability to resist -slow/-recharge, Dark since there is -tohit debuffs, -elec without end drain resist. If a build can pump out enough damage and mitigation to pull if off, it can farm. /fire brutes are not exclusive in this. I am currently self PLing a SS/elec brute. Fire farms gets hyped only due to Fire armor builds doing them. There are numerous S/L farms out there as well. So, and this may be a question no one can answer, but how "safe" are these missions considered in that regard?
Another point here, there are generally two reasons to farm. One is to get tickets. Each map has a 1.5K limit. There is one I do at +2x8 and can cap just by doing the initial room. The number of builds that can do something similar is a lot. The other reason is to PL other people. This is where you want to be able to do +4x8 w/bosses and ideally as fast as possible. The number of builds that do this gets much smaller. A SS/fire/mu brute is king for this. -
I have an old 2nd account that I'll likely dust off just to make SG invites easier.

Ice works on SOs just fine and even if you do invest it in you don't really need to go crazy since it benefits the least from it.

Since States is an Incarnate, I'm still waiting to see what his Lore pet is.

It was put in so you could craft one of the temp powers to do an additional AoE for builds that only had one. The problem was the power would cause scatter, so Integration was added.

With the way PS works on KM, I don't think KM will be winning any burst damage awards. I think post i21 an Axe/sd scrapper would be interesting. Axe is BS like, but without Parry. BS and Axe have huge burst damage at the cost of recharge. Since you can softcap /sd, Parry loses value so you might as well so with the more offensive option. Saying that, burst damage works for bosses. For EBs/AVs, DPS wins out.
EDIT: For a more DPS approach, Mace/sd would be better, but then I would really be looking at Fire/sd just because Fire does so much more damage due to it's lack of being resisted. -
Oh so very much this. With more and more Incarnate content and thus people playing level 50s people will want to go where the other people are at. The new focus on various arcs and such will be speed bumps to the Incarnate grind. New power sets will temporarily create more people playing lower content, but in the end a large number of people will just get the new builds PLed so they can get back to trials asap.

My guess is KM/sd since it is the only one that can be played on a scrapper.

Quote:+1. I also think somebody decided the best way for people to know they were doing villain content was by making sure LR bought as many red light bulbs as possible.Honestly, I don't play redside because I find the zones depressing and annoying to navigate. My wife and I were both disappointed that Mercy Island had not been included in the update for Freedom. Villainy is everywhere, not just on decimated island city states. Improve the redside zones and I'll play there.
Quote:A big part of the problem, IMO, is that in the genre, villains are the proactive characters - they set plots in motion, to which the heroes react. It's hard to set up or allow that in an MMO, especially those built on the quest-giving model; the Mission Architect is the closest that this game has come so far. -

You should really have just used PvP versus "multiplayer."

Traps/sonic is uber hot goodness and one of the options you were looking at.

Plus, I think scourge doesn't play as well with Dark's heavy DoT based damage since the scourge damage would take longer to fully take affect.

Quote:The cone most skip unless you are using it for mitigation purposes for /sr and /regen and I don't recall it's damage being much of anything. 5 ST attacks compared to 1 AoE isn't the making of a set that's good against multiple targets. Even if MA is ST based, you can at least use DT in a way to get a lot of crits. At least a stalker can use Burst in a way to make it rather nice.I have to disagree it has a PBAoE and a cone. It's not bad against multi-targets. I will agree that the constantly attacking format would be better for Brutes.
I guess I don't get why scrappers wouldn't be constantly attacking like a brute would. What else is a scrapper going to do? -
Quote:(shakes head)Yes, im struggling with Kill speed, and Cyborgs only do Fire Dmg so S/L/E wont be necessary . And i had Blazing Aura Slotted but found it to be under-performing so i respeced.
You are trying to farm without one of the three best damage powers you have. My guess it's easily #2 at worst.
