    Bind question

Not to make specialized binds like inspcombine + movement such as the OP is talking about.

  3. Don't log into the game until the launcher is done installing. The backgrounder stinks on ice.

The "quick fix" for changing IOs to Attuned IOs would probably be to do something similar and just change all the IOs so that they have hidden levels.
Nope, that's a result of the level bug with OF (being given a minimum level by the rewards window based on the level of the claimer (note the minimum level thing has been fixed)).

Archetype Enhancements are attuned and are listed as one item in the market. That's how attuned enhancements are supposed to work. OF is still bugged.
  5. From what I understand, Bruce Harlick wrote most of First Ward (aka Ambush City) and had high input in GR zones (Ambush Central).

Or actually, to be syntactically correct:

    /macro FLY "emote flypose2"
  7. At least Mister Ambush, Himself, (Bruce Harlick) no longer works at Paragon, so we don't have that problem anymore.

(I think they need to make a pass over First Ward enemies, those tentacle girls are horrendous!)
  8. They could just add the graphics options to /optionsave and /optionload. I never understood why they're not there.
  9. On the caster. So: you if it's in something you cast, a pet if it's something a pet is casting, an invisible spot if it's an invisible pseudo pet doing the casting.

The first time you connected Windows should have picked up that this is a login page and offer to remember password. If you said Yes to that then just clicking in the password box should fill in the credentials.
Note this is a function of Windows NOT your browser and so the credentials are stored in the registry rather than the cookie that IE/Chrome/FF use. I think whether this is enabled may be dependent on your Windows security settings, some security suites may disable it as well.
If you said NO to that prompt you will need to hunt out a registry hack to clear the entry.
You may also have clicked YES to the "Do not remember any more passwords" prompt.
I have never seen any incarnation of Windows ask me to save the password. I have seen every incarnation of a web browser do this though since the idea was introduced.
  11. There's a line that says "Null (0.5% chance)" in the data, which may or may not be the trigger. That's half a percent chance. Meaning, if it's the trigger, "exceedingly, astoundingly rare".
  12. 1. No.
    2. No, just one. You can go Hero->Vigilante->Hero. But you'll need to do two if you want to reaffirm the final alignment. Example: Hero->Vigilante->Hero->Confirmed Hero (for alignment merits).
    3. There is "Hero" and "Confirmed Hero" (and the same thing for all other alignments), but other than that there is no other "degree".
    4a. Yes.
4b. A hero cannot collect villain alignment missions (a hero can collect hero and vigilante missions; a vigilante/rogue can collect hero, vig/rogue, and villain missions, and a villain can collect villain and rogue missions), but other than that point, no, it doesn't have any effect. Once you do an alignment mission all other alignment points are lost, though, so you have effectively wasted time on the second alignment's tips.
  13. Of course the devs aren't going to talk to you about your suggestions. They're going to talk to each other about it and decide whether it's viable.
  14. No Hybrid slot gives a permanent buff. They're all on a two minute toggle with a two minute downtime.
  15. The cookie has a max time limit of eight hours, and is set to timeout/delete itself after you close the browser. This means that "Remember Me" is pretty much useless. This is apparently working as intended.
  16. Are you, like, Power's little brother or something?
  17. It summons one Burn pet at the primary target, not one pet per target affected.

The difference between Assault Bot and Vanguard Lore is the "max targets hit" - AssBot has a target cap listed, VLore has nothing listed. Meaning up to 16 pets will be summoned by AssBot's targets, and VLore's "Willie Pete Round" (WTF, OVER?) will do all its effects once upon successful check.

    Targeting Change

Emps have three powers that can affect themselves; two of them are on ridiculous recharge timers. None of them affect foes. Every other support set has at least one foe-affecting power, and nearly every other support set has more powers that do more for the solo defender.

Yes, emp is one of the worst choices, if not THE worst choice for soloing. You're wasting 2/3 (plus the high downtime of the RAs) of your primary. Choose something better if you want to solo.

And I'm saying this as a player who has more Empaths than any other individual power set.

I think you need to stop drinking the iTrial kool-aid.

    1. None. I have little to no interest in fully incarnating a character. Too much grinding.
    2. None. I have two slightly-incarnated characters: Aggelakis has Alpha T2 and Judgment T1. Maggie has Alpha T2, Judgment T3, and Interface unlocked with nothing in it.
    3. None. I don't create characters for incarnate content. I create characters because the character concepts/costumes/power sets interest me.
    4. No. Everything will get some amount of incarnating just because that's part of the thing to do at 50. But having been here since 2005 and only having four level 50 characters, you can see how much I care about the end game.
