On the 6th of August. The Paragon Reward Token for subscribing comes at the end of the month.
In general you get the free transfer near the start of the subscription month, the Token at the end and the Paragon Points at a time determined by a random number generator, the phase of the moon and your middle initial.

This thread discusses the black magic involved with getting your Points and Tokens. It is pretty massive, I would recommend skipping to the end if you decide to read it.
Don't be too concerned about your VIP rewards (not yet anyways), the process isn't very straightforward.

Those you should have. The reward token would be more towards the end of the month.

Then there are "Reward Tokens" for the Paragon Rewards setup (replaced the veteran rewards) - this you should get towards the end of the billing month

It shows under my master accout, the game card applied. Where would I see under my account that the 400 store points were alloted? I still have zero under the store.

Your mileage may vary but it use to be rewarded at the end of the month, which is a bit of a pain. However recently I've been getting mine on the 29th of the month, which isn't the day that represents the end of the month (it shifted a couple of months ago for no apparent reason).
