No. Popups are annoying. And ridiculous popups even moreso. How would the game know what sets I was looking for, or what costume items I'd want?

Or put the default option set to on, to ignore all annoying pops from the market, then sure.

If you're interested in new stuff in the market, check the market once a week. Annoying, pointless popups are both annoying and pointless.
The only time popups are used are for the GMOTD (I believe the / for that is /gmotd) or when there is important bug related news.

Are you sure this is making an actual request and not just making a snarky comment about having one of the 'bug acknowledgment' pop up right in the middle of combat or another inopportune time?

Sure - as long as the default setting for these is OFF so I don't have to be bothered with them.
