Heroes vs. Villains.
PvP
City of Lag
-------------
Or
Heroes and Villains work together
In atlas park and kill all the waves of enemies of all the npc groups.
Then finally kill all the bosses of every npc group. -
It's been real and it's been fun.But was it all real fun?
Let's nuke a bridge we touched 2000 times before.
This time we'll blast it all to hell.
------------------------------------------
Is CoH leaving for ever?
If so, that sucks.
I'm gonna attempt to make a CoH-type game, does any one want to help me?
This is probbably a bad idea, but if no one wants to help I 'll try it by myself.
Thanks for reading this. -
It's not at all "Ranged/ Defense."
The Hunter's primary power set is more of a support-type power set.
They have control and knock back or knock down powers.
Limited Resistance powers.
Some pet Resistance powers.
Single Pet summon power.
Self, Ally, Pet heal powers.
Self Buff powers. Eg: Self to Hit, Self Offense.
The Hunter's secondary power set is Assualt not "Ranged." Which mean it has a mixture of melee and "Ranged."
I made this Archetype because I like having one powerful pet and fighting along side it. I tried playing as a "Master Mind" but it was too much pets or henchmen. Then I played as a "Controller," but it takes abwhile to get your pet(s). For the "Arachnos Crab Spider" it's the same as the "Controller," the only difference is that it takes a few more levels to get them.
I want to be strong like a "Dominator" and have some support powers like a blaster, with one pet helping me.
By the way what does "/signed, /unsigned" mean? -
Hunter Archetype
Description:
Hunters are able to track down any target and destroy said target, but they have terrible crowd control. Their primary power set helps the Hunter with their lack of crow control by summoning a pet.
The Hunter can only have one combat pet at a time. Even if a power set has mote than one pet summon power.

If you have any feed back concerning this Archetype, please tell me what I need to work on, figure out or fix. Thank you.

I got an idea for a movie, and it goes like this. This kid wished and wished, and now this kid can fly.
And they will have adventures, like a kid and a bottle of pib, and it'll win two oscars.
Put a happy ending there and this thing will write it self I swear.
I forgot to mention one thing about the kid, he has the ability to fly, but only about an inch or so high.
Who wants to help me? -
I got an old dell computer from 2008 and I was wondering if there was a way to be able to play CoH on it. It says that my video card is up to date buti get the same old video card driver warning. It says that I have divers dated 04-25-2009.
-
It is just a basic idea, what i meant by figured out was how the AT would work. I am coming up with the primary powers now, I also got rid rid of vehicles, structures and disguise and instead i added electricty, plants and growth shapeshifting.
-
So, you're telling me that my idea is Complete Pancake, and that there is nothing good about it.
Try this again, and this time don't think about the primary powers specifically. Think of the play style and how it would work. Not the powers at the moment I'll get to those later, don't worry.
What I want to know is your opinion about the play style or how it would work in the game.
And at least give one complement about this idea. If you did that you would be helping the idea and making the person that came up with the idea fell a little better. Pros and cons next time, ok. Thank you. -

These are the four secondary power sets you can choose from as a Shapeshifter. The powers aren't specific to theme. The secondary powers match the primary powers or forms.
Example:
Primary - Machines
Tier1 -
Secondary - Assault
Tier1 - Primary Attack (Ranged)
Tier2 - Secondary Attack (Melee)
Tier3 - 3rd Attack (Ranged)
Tier4 - Primary Support
*Every secondary power set starts with an attack*
Once you select a secondary power it is like any normal power. You can use it even if you're not in a form.
When you shapeshift, it's the same idea as the kheldians. You get another power tray that pops out at the top and shows you all your secondary powers that you have.
-
It would work on the consoles, it could have the same machanics and instead of the controller, you could get a mouse and a keyboard for it and play it the same way as you would on the PC and Mac.
I think it would also get more players and customers. The people that used to play, but lack of a computer or video card (except you can always get a new one... Some times) can now be able to do so again.
I think it's a great idea, and I hope NCsoft can make it into a console game aswell. -
What He/ She said.

-
Quote:That wouldn't work, it does sound like a great idea, but there wouldn't be any balance to the toon. For example what if some one chose Armor/ Debuff, they wouldn't be able to kill anything, if some chose Ranged/ Armor, that would be incredibly unfair.you know what? I think I have an idea to make AT's with combination powersets (like the crusader and the enervator on kirsten's list for example) and to make them feel new...We let the players choose the combination for the powerset rather than having to pick from pre selected combinations
When it comes to making a new AT, you have to have balance. That's what I've been working on with my AT ideas, I work with them until their balanced.
Steps to making a Archetype:
1. Figure out the power sets.
2. Come up with a play style.
3. What is it's stats?
4. An actual hero or villian AT from comic books <-- Bonus
5. Would players want to make one because it's a good AT, or because it's new?
6. Is it already an AT in the game?
7. Balance.
Follow these steps to make an awesome AT (do not have to follow these steps). -
So, no one cares about this idea.
I thought it would be cool to make a Deadpool type character. -
Is there a paragon rewards level for premium players that lets them get salvage and resipes from enemies?
-
I changed up some of the powers to make it more interesting.
How is this, compared to the previous power set?

With nothing being said about this idea, it makes me think that it's so perfect it left every one speachless.
Hey Devs let me know when you got this in the game. (; -
BoomTown, needs a whole lot of love.
What I find confusing about the entrence to BoomTown is that it's located arounf the 14-19 lvl enemies in SteelCanyon, and when you go into BoomTown it starts off with lvl 12-13s.
Could they make BoomTown's enemies go from 12-20 or 14-20? I think this would make more sence.
Since barely any one goes there, just be cause they want to, could there be something unique to BoomTown, like an event ( not like the Giant Monster Clockwork), but maybe like a gang war between the trolls and the outcasts?
That's my opinion. -
Since all of the blaster's secondary power sets all have melee attacks in the, except Devices. I got an idea for another power set, and it sucks that we only have six to choose from.
How about a katana manipulation power set?
I tryed my best to keep the melee power set of katana more as a melee and made the secondary have some of the powers but not the really good powers.
