Blaster Secondary Power Set Idea
With nothing being said about this idea, it makes me think that it's so perfect it left every one speachless.
Hey Devs let me know when you got this in the game. (;
I changed up some of the powers to make it more interesting.
How is this, compared to the previous power set?

So, no one cares about this idea.
I thought it would be cool to make a Deadpool type character.
No one commented because I believe the Devs actually are talking about something like this already. So they beat you to the punch.

Concept aside, blaster sets with redraw tend to be awful.
Couple of quick comments:
First, the initial power in all the blaster secondaries are designed to keep foes from entering melee range, either an immobilize or knock back. I would change it to keep the set in line with the rest of the blaster secondaries. Knock back would probably best the best choice.
Second, it seems that you have an over abundance of self-buffing powers in the set. Change the recovery aura from a toggle into a PBAOE requiring a to-hit check, move lotus drops (your only AOE lower) down the list, replacing either Power Boost or Focus Energy and make the tier nine a heavy hitter, like Soaring Dragon or Golden Dragonfly.
I think a setup like this is closer to the blaster secondaries we already have:

Since all of the blaster's secondary power sets all have melee attacks in the, except Devices. I got an idea for another power set, and it sucks that we only have six to choose from.
How about a katana manipulation power set?
I tryed my best to keep the melee power set of katana more as a melee and made the secondary have some of the powers but not the really good powers.
