I believe you, I just want to read the details

I can't think of many pools that could use customization.

Although I would love it if Flight let you choose the default fly emote as part of it

Maybe it's been 8 Issues since the last round of Power Customization, but there are those of us who've wanted things like a "No FX" version of Hasten and Super Speed for what'll turn out to be 24 Issues and 8+ years. Better late than never I guess...

Yeah, this has been the thing I've been patiently (and sometimes impatiently) waiting for since Issue 16.
Issue 16 was great, but I can't help but feel like it was incomplete (being someone that mainly plays a select few high level characters and makes frequent use of ancillary and power pool powers).

Just getting color and minimal effect options are wonderful.

I'd normally go find appropriate images to celebrate my joy, but this will have to do for now...

Real quick from what I remember...

  • New Leadership power is like an inverse Vengence. It gives +end and +damge I think you use it on a defeated mob's body.
  • Medical pool reworked but I missed most of the changes due to lag. Their is a new power called Feild Medic.
  • Concealment pool has an AOE placate power that also has -res.
  • Min FX on Hasten/SS. Coloerable Leadership but they did not say/show a min FX for it.

The new leadership power is Victory Rush. Grants a + recovery and end discount buff to yourself and the team. The potency of the buff is dependent on the enemy rank you activate the power on. I'll definitely be making room for this on my crab.
