Go for both. It is worth the money and time. Just need the right build but most combinations are capable.

Personally, I have Jav Volley, Posi's and Impeded slotted into my creepers, along with full blown muscle and a Nucleo to fill the gap it works quite nicely.

A few tips. Firstly, I say ditch spirit tree and impale. Thorntrops is meh.
If you can afford it, slot up thorny darts with dmg procs, preferably including apocalypse purples, this makes it superior to impale and IMO its just superior anyways, with the apoc proc it matches for burst and outshines in DPS anyway.
Personally I have 2 -res procs for my plant/thorn, one of those is the pvpo in ripper but you could also get away with 2 achilles procs.
Slot your fly trap with dmg procs, lady grey/shield breaker to be exact, or you could go achilles heel, I prefer to have it doing decent dmg with procs flying around.
If you can afford it, go for S/L defense, ranged def is good to, but if you were to go for one more so than the other, go for S/L, my plant dom is perma'd and has soft capped S/L and its definitely worth it. For this take Black Scorpion and his shield, the pet can also be slotted for dmg procs. If your goal is ranged def I would say take the Mu and enjoy the extra heals, the shield is good resist to and PSink is always nice if you chug end like my plant/thorn does.
Roots/Fling Thorns (with procs of course) will be awesome AoE in combination with Seeds and Creepers (which should also be slotted for dmg procs btw, that will significantly effect their dmg output, so long as its TAoE procs and impeded swiftness).
It may be expensive, but it is worth it, go for leadership/medicine pool if you can, and yeah, SS and ninja run are usually enough for travel but if you want SJ instead just pick one and go with it, taking both CJ and Hasten are pretty vital anyway.

Im assuming making a mock up inherit power for Musculature, Cardiac, Nerve and Spiritual buffs, and then just clicking which one you have equipped? This would be really useful to have right about now. Any ideas?

My only prob with inherited fitness powers is that it's gonna free up some power slots, but I'll still be using slot slots on them. So I'll have a few extra powers to take but it's likely that they will be anemic for slotting. I guess it'll be time to hop into mids when the time comes.
Plus I'll wait for later and see what we get as far as extra slotting goes, the incarnate slot for example. That in mind, I do like the sound of inherit stamina... -

Re-use art assets people, the top of the first mission from the ITF ring any bells? Many of those pillars/art assets could be used to make an arena, if u use a little imagination.
I firmly believe new and refreshing maps are a valuable use of time for the devs, thats one of the things this game is really lacking right now, same old maps can get very dull. -
Yes, very sublte particles and animations for things like super speed/hasten/aid self and other pools would be nice, but for some of the powerset powers, a few ideas:
-Throw shield as a form of hurl, when pairing super strength and shield, or stone melee and shield.
-A form of ripper that doesnt involve the character flipping, perhaps a charge up-like thorn slash of some form?
-More for martial arts, use Arkham asylum as a form of inspiration
-of course, different ways to use blast like ranged powers, different hand positions, etc -
Starting to resemble the Arkham Asylum costume a little bit there, especially with those armored gauntlets, though the arkham one is still cooler.
And yeah, they should do something else with that chest logo. -
Yeah I seriously doubt theres any plans for a perma dom nerf.
A limit to how much better Doms can get with IOs + the future incarnate system? Maybe. -
Seems as if there is only so many attacks that S/L wouldn't help against; fire control's char, mind control's dominate, ranged debuffs with acc checks, elemental blast sets, etc
If you can get capped S/L and then whatever else into ranged it seems like you'd be well covered.

Useless? Far from it.
Slot your pets with procs, and you'll see a difference.
You can fit multiple damage procs in carrion creepers, explosive strike/trap of the hunter/positron's blast really can help.
Just my 2 cents. -
Is it just me or has anyone noticed a slight performance increase (FPS wise) since the latest patch to live?
