And yeah, they're not going by the billing info in your account now. They're going by the account they drew the funds from in the first place.
So, people, if you paid a while back, your bank/credit card expired and you were issued a new one, there may be a need for you to talk with Support about that. Give them a couple more business days to get it sorted.

Got my refund on my CC, 2.36$... It seems to be correct, I only had VIP sub until 6 Sept.
As for the expired CC, the FAQ says :

ive not received a e-mail
i was in abit of a panic as i had deleted my CC upon hearing coh had been closed
went to the bank today and checked my cc but its there...they removed a week
but im just happy to get it

So if you paid by credit card, there may be a delay in notification from your bank (or may be no notification until you next check your balance). BTW, I figured out why I got the refunds I did. Did two non-recurring subscription extensions, one on August 2, one on August 20th. If they had been made to an account with no VIP time on it, the first payment would take me to September 2nd (so a 97 cent refund would be in line) and the second to September 20th (making a 10 refund correct). Hopefully Larry in billing will understand my explanation and get it all handled. But nice to understand the numbers, they'd seemed to be completely inexplicable. |

Uhh no they shouldn't.
That is the risk you run when subbed to an MMO unfortunately.
There is no guarantee any MMO will be around in 3 months..or 6 months. I say this as someone who spent $115 in June and July 2012 total. I bought a service and I received it...We are not OWED anything outside what NCSoft has already stated they would be refunding. If you truly think you are...speak with your bank, credit card company, PayPal but I think you will find them about as useful as a limp dick at an orgy once they get all the facts.
