im doing my best to maintain composure and alignment with the forum rules
however im not gonna be going out on a happy note, the only way i would be able to go out happy is to see this game stay alive and im supporting/willing to help with anything possible to make that a reality, if i can leave one mark in the world i want to be known as one of those who valiantly fought to save the City of Heroes(Villains)

Our support and love for this game deserved better treatment. We all deserved better. The only freedom I have left is to be a bit of a dick about it, so you'll pardon me if I don't consider the deaths being forced upon my dozens of alts to be all that dignified or happy.

To put this more in perspective: NCsoft isn't moderating the forum. I am. Freitag might be. Hitstreak might be. They're also looking for a new job and trying to deal with everything that has happened.
You know that you have the right as a consumer to voice your displeasure. Let's try to do it in the same manner we would have done during the last 8 years of development; without breaking the forum rules

Any chance you'll be able to unlock all the forums for everyone, then?
It sucks not being VIP and not being able to post on my own server, or not see the beta boards despite contributing quite a bit to certain would've-been-upcoming features.

You don't need to continue making it so those of us unable to become VIP regardless of how much we may want to are restricted on features such as PMing friends and sharing personal information to stay in touch, or being involved in discussions on our own home servers between people we've grown very close to over the years.
This decision, honestly, is doing more harm than good. It's restricting players from having that last chance to be involved in the community.

It all sucks. However, I can't fault them for not making that change.
Although, I could certainly see how PMs would be great to have (I've never been Premium, so I forgot that's unavailable to you).

Though that's a point. Z, is there a simple switch to give limited accounts access to PMs? Seems less dangerous than the boards and very useful.
