I have sent letters to Valv3 does anyone have any contacts with them, do we know if they are even looking into this?

for what it's worth I emailed them with a fairly lengthy message doing two things, one affirming that it would be great *IF* they can purchase COH and get it going again, or given that ncsoft played this so wrong (closure is ok, I can live with that tbh, but to can the game without telling the devs and the player base that here's what's going down brace for impact). If NCSoft had told us the numbers don't add up we cannot support a game that isn't making profit.. I would have been ok with the closure. They didn't, they royally messed everything up, and for that I also asked Mr. Newell to *hire* that team of devs and make another kick *** superhero mmo because the only other mmo's that I am aware of existing right now are champions online and dcuniverse and well...let's just say have you seen yourself in game there semi-frequently? probably, yes. In City of Heroes...how often did you see a similar *you* point made.

Has anyone from Valve responded publicly to the correspondences? I'm not sure massively multiplayer is really up their alley, but it doesn't hurt to send them ideas about it!
Nothing public, to my knowledge. Which I consider encuoraging, given how quickly Sony quashed rumors on their end, so here's hoping the secrecy is warranted. I'm pretty sure we sent enough emails to Gaben to warrant some kind of response, even a "no, sorry".
They're too busy playing with that bitchin' Portal turret from WETA.
