I did not expect to start a trend with this. I really didn't. I thought it was going to be one of those things where I make a topic that gets 7 posts and vanishes. I'm wouldn't even call myself part of the Niche community. It was just something I was wondering about.

Also @op, I hate 95% of all cats, but that cat is irresistably cute, lol.
That kitty kinda reminds me of one of my own cats, a three legged tabby named Tripaw'd. (pronounced tripod)
The SPCA told us when we adopted him that he was special needs, but they forgot to tell him! That cat can move like nobody's business, running better than he walks!

Speaking of cats, I never understood why people said "omg all cats r so mean".
I've had like 15 cats, and not a single one has been anything less than playful and sweet.

Although I have to wonder exactly how Google Fight works since just googling the search terms on your own yields 25 million to 43 million cat:dog.

Sphynxes can actually be worse than other cats for people with allergies... since without fur of their own, Sphynxes like to cuddle up to you for warmth, increasing your exposure to the allergen.
