I predict that Omega will be Signature Powers.

If Masterminds didn't suck, they'd be the most powerful AT in the game.
I think whatever Genesis is, it's probably gonna be a big let-down.

Genesis gives an Invisible Touch power. It takes control and slowly tears the target apart.

It might turn out that the only way the Devs can keep us from getting hyper-overpowerful is to make the last few Incarnate powers be somewhat fluff-oriented like special auras or power customizations. Anything like adding many more combat-oriented powers or level shifts will just make it that much harder for them to balance the game at this point.

I think the devs have locked themselves into a path and are going to let it run its course.
The development team and this community deserved better than this from NC Soft. Best wishes on your search.
The Tin Mage and Apex TFs have already shown that they a champion of a Well can depower non-Incarnates - and a similar depowerment for Incarnates was used on the new Tyrant Trial - so it's quite possible that future content will involve enemies who can depower us at various times.

Okay, Genesis spoilers:
It will take seven days to slot.
One of the major powers involves making servants from dust.
Snake debuff.

You'll see when the time comes. When's the last time we got Incarnate slots, Issue 20? So it goes to follow that you'll only need to wait until Issue 26. But remember, there will probably be I23.5, I24.5 and I25.5 as well.

I'm not sure if it will be genesis, but one power will eventually be a shapeshift, much like Kheld Shapeshifts, except temporary. My reasoning for this:
- All of the incarnate powers are going through different kinds and types of powers available. Alpha was regular slotting, Interface is procs, judgement is nukes, destiny is click team buff, lore is pet summon, hybrid is toggle self buff. In theory, the remaining incarnate slots will all have different aspects that are distinct from the others. This makes you have to wonder how many game aspects are left. We have single target attacks, mezz, shapeshifts, and... what else? Damage auras, maybe? From the short list, it is safe to assume that at some point in time our characters will gain the ability to call upon an "essence" to transform with set powers.
- The set strength of the transformations from an incarnate slot are extremely easy to balance around. By doing so, you can essentially set the HP, defense, resistances, and to-hit of the player while setting up the accuracy, damage, endurance cost, recharge rate, and secondary effects of their attacks. Any balancing that needs to be done can be applied directly to the power, instead of having to look at the toon as a whole.
- They have been experimenting with these transformations as of recent. In the new trial coming up, one of the AVs transforms into a wolf mid combat and changes his abilities while doing so. I can't help but think that the four-legged system that they are abusing so much won't come back to benefit us when we ourselves are changing into Griffins and Manticores.

With the Hybrid slot powers details coming public, what do you think will be the abilities for the later slots (Genesis, Mind, Vitae, and Omega?).
Here are my predictions:
Genesis: Just as Hybrid had to deal with Archetypes, Genesis will deal loosely with your character's origin. Now, Lore/Destiny/Hybrid all in a sense have to deal with teams/buffs/support in a sense (Lore grants pets/teammates that can buff or attack, Destiny gives support to you and leaguemates as a click, Hybrid gives self or team boosts as a toggle) and those are all on one side of the tree. Meanwhile Interface and Judgement deal with attacks (Interface gives secondary effects to attacks, Judgment is an attack) which leads me to think Genesis may be some kind of attack that is based on the Origins, but that would not be confined to what Origin you initially chose. I believe these will be single-target attacks to mirror Judgment's AoE attacks.
Vitae: I believe the Vitae will boost your character's "vitals" or base stats. For instance, there may be a 'HP' tree where Core may boost Max HP and Radial may boost Regen - permanently, unlike Destiny. Or there may be an Endurance tree that might increase Max Endurance/Recovery or give you a slight Endurance Discount. There might be an offensive tree that increases base damage, or increases base accuracy.
Mind: I believe the Mind tree will grant various crowd control powers with high magnitude. Perhaps one side of the tree is single target with really high magnitude/duration, while the other side is AOE with a good magnitude/duration.
Omega: I think this may be a second Alpha slot, basically, maybe even with same/similar Alpha powers but with different components to create them (perhaps requiring all rares/VRs instead of commons and uncommons). Also granting a +1 level shift at 3rd and 4th tiers, so you can be Level 50+2 always or Level 50+4 when in Incarnate zones/trials.
These are my predictions - what are your predictions?
