Blue Steel IS the next level.

Huh, I only recall the one at the Finale of Time After Time doing it.
I've played at least three STFs and he's never summoned an army, a chance meeting with him in RV didn't have him summon his army.

He only summons his army when he's at relatively low health, since the STF tends to disable his disco-rays first and then wail on him, he often doesen't have time too.

Dream Doctor has three too I think: Staff fighting, Illusion, and either Psychic or Energy blast.

I played a Rogue as well, and I also turned down help whenever possible. But when it came time for the big finale, I said "Aw **** it." and let the NPCs help me fight our way to Mot. I got Lord Recluse, Blue Steel, Super Devoured Pyriss, Honoree, and I think Lady Grey? Can't remember the fifth person clearly.

And if you pay attention to some of the other battles going on you'll see lots of other signature character that don't run with you, but are present and fighting off to the sides. I distinctly remember seeing Mynx fighting alongside someone else I don't remember right now.

Actually that's a lie spread by Statesman.

Statesman didn't fly through the Rikti Mothership. Blue Steel punched him through it because he was in high form during the invasion and Statesman invaded his space...

That will probably never happen but when will we be able to give the critters in our AE arcs three powersets?

I actually expected him and hoped he was COX's version of Captain America as much as Statesman is COX's version of Superman.

Blue steel would have done great as Street Justice/Shield... and then added a shield throw unique power to him His looks and name and origins makes him far away enough from Cap A to not make it any problem to Marvel at all.

My incarnate had more trouble taking down some bosses from basic mobs then she had with Blue steel... I really hoped for an epic battle... and I just kicked his blue behind hard and easy. I was a bit underwhelmed...

I need THIS to upgrade the Blue Steel we fight in DA!

I think we can assume he has all the non-special sets(Willpower, Regeneration, Shields, Fighting, etc). At once.

Elec is possible but unlikely.

If you can find a justification for something like Dark, I'd love to hear it.

It's very easy to imagine him switching sets(Respawning as a new boss) as his health goes down and down.

If I remember right, Lord Recluse doesn't just have "Summon Army", he also has a power virtually identical which is "Summon Bane Spiders". Both powers are on relatively short timers which can stack mobs.

Chuck Norris is the generic version of the Blue Steel joke. Get it right!

I turned down the help and still saw the Arachnos Patrons, the Vindicators, a Kronos Titan, and I think a couple others. Found it amusing that the mobs that were destroying all these not-AVs/Heroes were getting demolished by the hundreds by me.
