Seems like self defense to me, the Hellion opened fire 1st.

Something for ppl to use Oh yeah, that is an amusing thing to see. What's even funnier is the reaction of low level characters coming through the door to find themselves ambushed in City Hall! I witnessed a 2nd Troller faceplant because it appeared they were too shocked to believe what was going on.
Current active characters: Dragon Maiden (50+3 Brute SS/WP/PM), Black Widow Maiden (50+1 Night Widow), Catayclasmic Ariel (50 lvl Defender - Kin/DP), Quantumshock (50 lvl Elect/Energy/Energy), American's Defender (38 lvl Tanker - SD/Mace), Spider-Maiden (15 lvl Corruptor - RB/PD) & Siren Shrike (15 lvl Defender - Sonic/Sonic). My entire stable.

"There's a Hellion in City Hall" in broadcast after I zoned in from Ouro after an ITF. I had to check it out. I flew over and sure enough, right inside the door was a fallen gunner, standing off to the side. He wasn't moving, but was facing the door and sure looked like he wanted to go somewhere. He was ignoring me (39 Dom) and the person that noted it in broadcast (a higher level as well) but within a minute a 3rd level Mastermind walked in the door (Captain Red Neck I think, may be misremembering) The Fallen Gunner saw his chance and opened up. A grand little battle played itself out in the lobby, people running after each other back and forth, shooting. (Where is the dignity, really?) Soon, the Hellion fell.
I post in broadcast the copy/paste "Captain Red Neck has defeated Fallen Gunner."
Cap posted back "He jumped me!"
