Anything else? General butt-scuttle is that SSA isn't going up today.

Carpet is the only new thing.
Rocket Board and Mission TP Power are the only new sale items (both 600 -> 450)
All previous discounted items have been removed.
Time-limited items (Winter and New Year Packs) remain until 1/31.

And now it's a race. If I get my monthly allotment of points while the sale is still on, I'll probably get the rocket board. If the sale ends before the points come in, I'll just save them and wait for the Staff set.

For those interested in using keybinds/macros I think the actual name of this power was changed during beta from "Magic Carpet" to "Flying Carpet". I guess they were worried that using the word "magic" might have implied that it was only for magic origin players or some-such. I suspect they'll probably still keep using the phrase Magic Carpet in the market just to confuse the issue.

Hummm this might go well with "Time Munipulation" - "Prince of Paragon" themed character.
I would have liked it more if the carpet flaps instead of looking like painted plywood with fringe.

Meanwhile, I jumped on the magic carpet ride right away.
So, now that we've got these two out of the way, any chance the devs will finally look into Jetbikes?
Now if only you could play a certain song continuously while using this power.
Not sure what to think of the magic carpet. Doesn't seem to really be comic book themed. I like it because it's random and silly. And I don't like it for the exact same reason. ><

I was disappointed that the carpet doesn't allow you to keep a weapon out like the rocket board does.
I was all set for my magic-themed Dual Blades Brute to be flying around on a carpet with his weapons out ... >.>
