Weekly MM Madness on Exalted!

Beginning in January I'd like to start an all-MM superteam. I'd like a wide spread of Primaries and Secondaries although if the majority wants to do all guns (Thugs and Mercs) or whatever I'll go along with that.

I plan on trying a Ninja/TA (yeah...I'm crazy) but the rest of the field is open.

The ONLY build requirements are all three Leadership Powers by lvl 40. These really boost the pets and that's what MMs are all about.

My plan is to start fresh in AP at level 1-2 and run the DFB once. After that we up the Diff a little and move on into regular content. I'd like to do the various TFs but there are so many now that we don't necessarily have to do them as we hit the minimum level. I want to take this all the way into Incarnate levels and see what we can do.

I'm willing to start a new SG for this and build the Base as we go. After we get a stable of players then alts will be encouraged to experiment with new things. It would be sweet if we had enough players to run multiple teams even if only at the start.

We can speak about the schedule later but I'd like to go 1-2 times a week if possible. My only night I'm not available is Mondays. If we get one team available one night and one on another that's great too. For me it's all about the fun and promoting the MM archetype.

Ok, we look like participation won't be a problem. However scheduling might be which is why I'm not worried about starting until January. As far as what people want we have tapped so far:

2 Ninja/TA (though one of those is me and I might switch to /FF)
1 Demon/Sonic
1 Necro/Dark
1 Thugs/Pain
1 Demon/Something
1 Something/Time
1 Robot/Something

And for scheduling so far Mondays and Tuesdays are apparently right out.

So we have a full crew right now and the more the merrier. My vote is still for something silly because the HORDE of pets we're bringing will look hilarious IMHO. I'm willing to lead the charge with the Evil Doctor Evil and his army of Pirate/Necro/Robot Ninjas!

Awesome. I'm in. I already have 3 MMs (yes, I know, but I like them) on Exalted, but I'd be happy to start a new one, or re-roll one of my existing one's.

I'd be up for that, although I already have regular teams on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 8pm GMT and am UK based.

I've been making lots of MMs recently so this could be helpful for my altitis

Eh, remember that 8 Demons Mastermind thing Reppu posted a while back? We did a requirement that we all take Maneuvers at level 8. With the combinations of /Time and /Thermal and Ember Shield stacking? Hahahah, yeah.

So, definitely some interest. Can we narrow down to day(s) of week, any sort of build theme, etc.?

If the idea is to start in January, there's not much of December left to plan.

I'd personally vote for one weekday and maybe one weekend day as the normal teaming days (if we do 2 days a week) to cover most playing times.

I'd love to get on board with this. I've got a concept for a Thugs/Pain Dom if that works, though I wasn't going to go full leadership on the build, I can change to fit the SG requirements. As for times, I can do most days EST after 3PM though I tend to finish up my days around 9 if nothing is going on (I'll stick around to finish out TFs or what not). I'll keep an eye here for updates.

Unless I change my mind, I'll be going with a demon/sonic, to see how it compairs to my demon/thermal.

I also plan to take group teleport, so I can drop my whole group right in the middle of the mobs.

I'm pleased to see so many replies! It looks like we can get at least one full team going, maybe two short teams for busy nights.

Ok...so now for scheduling. As I said the only night I'm NOT free currently is Monday. What's the availability like for others? Btw I'm Central time so times should be adjusted accordingly.

Also, do we want a theme and if so, what should it be? I've never done anything truly silly and I can see a whole herd of Killer Klowns and other goofiness moving through the zones.

Depending on schedule, I am in: I can't do tuesday night. It's our coalition night.

I have a lot of alts, I have a lot of masterminds. I will wait til we have a roster. OP can you sticky a roster with selections, modified in the first post? I can play the non-glamour MM.

I would love to join, but I'm in the GMT +1 zone, so that might be difficult.

As for a MM, i would prefer a /time MM, coupled with any primary other than Demons.

Hey, I'm game. I have a MM with Robots. Email the particulars to me @Caladar when you're going to start it up.

Might be able to show up with a demon/poison, but will have to see what my work schedule is like after Jan 1; I might end up on an incompatible schedule, regardless of what's planned. Otherwise, Mondays are my only "no" day, so far.

Since Mondays and Tuesdays have been mentioned as bad days, I'm available Wednesdays and Thursdays from about 5:00-5:30 CST to 9:00-10:00 CST. I could also probably do something on Saturday or Sunday, time a bit more flexible those days.

As far as character is concerned, I think I'd like to try a Demons/Thermal. I have a Demons/Sonic on another server and it would be interesting to compare the two. But, really, I'm open to play anything. I already have a Thugs/Thermal, Bots/Traps, and Ninjas/Time on Exalted of various low-middle levels.

My wife and I would like to jump in on this.

I've got a Bots/Traps rolled there at lvl 1 and she'll probably go with Demons/Time

If we posted availabilities for week days and weekend times, we could get mastermind mayhem going at different times and cross-pollinate experiences on the weekends.

I had another thought. Let's try to get coordinators for different times and go from there.
