I really want the face "feather" things, and the gloves, with and without eyeballs. They're awesome pieces. I could take or leave the chest piece; the skirt and boots are rejiggered existing pieces so I could easily skip those too.

The boots and chest are organic armor.
The belt is barbarian.
The kilt is valkyrie
So about all that's needed are the chest detail, the gloves, and maybe the head details.

I know that the majority of the options used for the Rulu-Shin are from existing packs, myself an a few others assumed this was just a work in progress of a new pack, what would replace those parts with that would fit a Rularuu costume set thematically?
Personally I would like to see
Rularuu Boots with / without eyes
Rularuu skirt / kilt option, based off those of the Aspects
Observer head
Rularuu skin based off Burtes / Natterlings
Natterling wings
Observer detail 1 for head ((if not a full head, just a giant eye that covers a majority of the face. Good for cyclops characters))
Rualruu based auras and path auras
Rularuu Gem options for those who do not like the observer eyes for chest detail
Rularuu Gem armor
Rularuu Mystical backpacks similar to the Celestial.
A team based random buff, similar to mystic fortune or secondary mutation with 7 options, each pertaining to the seven aspects.

The Rulu-Shin...eh. I like the spiky/feathery part of the chest piece and gloves, but the eyeballs make it pretty concept specific and I also find them a bit silly looking, so I can't see myself actually buying them or any pieces that were on the same theme. Maybe if there was an eyeball-free variant (and they weren't pre-tinted).
If there were Rularuu costume pieces, I'd be in favour of making them Shadow Shard TF unlocks. But I know there are a lot of people who absolutely hate unlockable costume pieces.

I have to say that adding the Rularru Shin costume pieces as a reward for completing Shadow Shard Tf's is brilliant! While a few of those task forces could probably use a revamp, putting a reward for it would definitely garner them more attention from the player base. I know the Cimmeroran pieces are a real nice perk and motivator in running the ITF. Even though I personally never tire of that particular task force. 
Rularuu Wisp Overlords have floating rings around their arms. With the new "off body overlay skin" used for the Victorian Aura, it should be totally possible to create something akin to these spinning rings for players.
It's the end. But the moment has been prepared for ...
If we get this, I want the eyes to move. And maybe blink.
If that means charging for it or making it tier 9 VIP, that's fine by me.
If it's only possible on certain pieces (say, the chest piece), that's okay I guess.
If it's not viable at all, I'll live, but I won't feel the need to snap it up as quickly. It'll go from an "I need this NOW" item to an "I'll get that next time I've got some spare points if there isn't something else I want more" item.
Eye-customization options would go a long way toward making it a must-have, too: Rulu-eye, human-eye, cat-eye, cyber-eye, pupil-only, blank, etc. Or combine both my ideas and allow for animation customization: Chest piece, chest piece (animated), chest piece (blinking only)...
FUN FACT: That burst of light when you level up is actually the effectiveness escaping from your enhancements all at once.

Also, what about if this was on the market, like the Vanguard pack, where you could have the costumes and weapons globally without needing the badge(s),
Also, we should also include weapon models for staffs, titan weapon, beam rifle, pistols (unless those are in there already)
Keep the ideas flowing, what do you want to see / not see in such a pack?

Zwill has noted in the various UStreams (or at least in the transcripts from Von Krieger) since then that it has been a highly requested item. It has been mentioned time and time again in the various Sexy Jay threads for Rularuu pieces. This is the part that concerns me, and this has been noted previous by other players, that while things are posted here on the forums, be they suggestions or in-game submissions, there have been occasions where the devs themselves are completely unaware o' the status o' said suggestions or requests, despite bein' told that such matters have been passed along, as noted by NS bein' surprised by the amount o' interest there might be in such an item or set o' items.
Pardon the rant, but I simple don't feel like I'm wastin' my metaphorical breath again.
Edit: I thought I saw some o' the aforementioned Concept Art elsewhere recently from the Player Pummit, but I could be wrong. At least it looked like it could've been a Rularuu skin.

I wanna be a big floating eye.
The Rulushin are more like the Watchershin. I'd prefer more costuming pieces that the Big Guys have. We *need* more skirts/loin cloths/breech cloths/tunics for men. And this is the opportunity to do so (and update the Rulushin from the Valkyrie skirts to a more Rul-ific variety).
The art style of the Big Guys is worthy of copying for players (and would make a good addition to the Rulushin if that faction were ever to be leveraged... Darren Wade SF anyone?).

I believe @Mr Squid made a AErc about Rularuu that got the costume pretty close also.

With a secondary thread for them to see reactions to, and compiling all the responses on what people want, I think we will have a much better chance of getting this seen.

The Rulushin stuff kinda looks lame, to be honest.
That and it's another case of Ouroboros costume pieces. They use mostly everything else we get, but get a couple costume parts to make 'em stand out and everyone treats it like a huge deal. Never really understood that.
But I gotta agree with Zombie. I'd prefer Rularuu costume parts that look more otherwordly and strange, with a touch of the arcane, as opposed to just spikes covered in eye balls. In fact, judging from recent forum opinion on new costumes, I thought everyone was sick of the spikes and thorns on everything.
strange, i thought right after the ssa 2 went live there were several threads on that very topic, i remember posting in a few of them. yes, I want those pieces. the unique pieces, as i see them, are the shoulders, the back detail spikes(seen in the bosses) and the gloves/boots. My primary interest is the back spikes, i really love the back spikes. as a back detail they would be great for players.

the "who will die SSA2:your thoughts" thread also has a significant amount of discusssion on them, mostly positive, and much of the negative involves the coloration.

The only parts I like in that costume, as pertaining to the Rulu-Shin, are the actual Rularuu parts. I don't like that they resorted to parts already in game to complete the outfit. Also, I'm a tad tired of all the matchy matchy of nature of costume sets, that is, not every part of the set has to have the same details (especially if said details are the moving eyes).
I would like to see that costume expanded with new art assets and I quite like the suggestion the Zombie one has put forth.
More like that and less floating eye please.

Either way, I'd love to see a Rularuu set come out, even a baby Rularuu vanity pet (sorry, the observers still make me go "SQUEE!!!", and I have finally put velcro on my hat so mine will stay put!)
Perhaps have it come out along with the weapons? I know that was discussed as a convenience item on the market (the weapons), so perhaps having it go along with it?

When I was at the pummit, I had an opportunity after the festivities to sit down with Noble Savage and ask him about Rularuu Costume options. Having seen the Rulu-shin, I , and I know many others, assumed that this was a work in progress for a full on Rularuu costume set.
He informed me that this was not the case, that those amazing costume options were merely for that villain group in the SSA. He also seemed a bit surprised that people would be interested in them, or had assumed that they would be coming for players.
We discussed various options for the set, but he said in order for this set to actually come to fruition, it would need the support and attention of the players.
He suggested making a thread about it in the forums, which I am doing now, a week later, wanting to let all of the other Pummit threads simmer a bit.
What would you like to see in a Rularuu costume pack? What would you not like to see, what emotes, auras, powers?
Should this be on the market and if so, what price, a Tier 9 VIP set ((this option would allow far more available options)), free to players, or unlocks for completing Shadow Shard TFs?
If you would NOT like to see this set, please respond as well.
Let's keep it concise, on topic, and constructive.
Noble Savage, if you see this, would you mind responding? Confirming things you would like to see as constructive feedback?
