So they create cool looking costume pieces for NPC groups and don't think that we'd ever want them?

More costume pieces are always a good thing. I certainly want them. Both with the eyes and without the eyes.

What they (Equation and Aggelakis) were suggesting was running the Shadow Shards various TF to unlock this. Which pretty much means you'd have to go at least Rogue to get. And that was what I was replying to.

...and EVERY TIME that this happens, they seem surprised by it.

I don't have much constructive to add here, so I'll just...
Post.
Agree.
Rularuu.

The eye's I would like. or the moving blinking eyes would be cool and being able to customize the color of eyes would be cool ... But when it comes down to it ... I would choos a FOOTBALL costume set over a rularuu set any day.

Signed ... ONLY if a football themed set is on its way as well.

As many costume parts as possible, but in particular the chest detail eyeball and ANY piece that has feathers. I'd prefer these to be in-game unlockable, but making a VIP Tier 9 set of pieces would still work for me.

My main toon's Incarnate powers from Rularuu, and while I've made him look as Ruu as possible, his evolution into an aspect of Rularuu ought to be at least as ruu looking as the Rulu-shin.

No: Tier 9 - And I am a tier 9 VIP. I just think gating costume pieces behind the tier 9 system is stupid. People who are tier 3/4/5 are not going to shell out the major cash to get this...instead just be even more disgruntled at the "elite" player base.

No: Shadow Shard TF Unlocks. I have approximately 1 hour a day..SOMETIMES 2 to play CoH. Which means I would never get these parts if they were locked behind the shadow shard tfs. Pfft I have a hard time convincing people to do a KHTF so I can get the hat from that tf. This does nothing to help the game financially and simply creates frustration among the players who truly are... casual.

Yes: Available as a set on the Paragon Market. THIS makes the most sense to appealing to your player base AND actually making a profit from the design work that would go into the set.

You went this route too, eh? Nice.

I might be alone in this, but I think the costume looks daft. And I love the lore around Rularuu. If they made it available for players, I'd likely not buy it.

Still, if other people like it and want it, I think it should be available to them. So another /signed from me.

Yeah, I honestly did shell out money to get up to so I could get Reveal and a few other powers (and to be on par with my hubby and his friends as far as badges...yes I'm a badge *****), but I'm still no where close to getting the tier 9 armours, and when they announced putting them in the "vault" I almost shrieked with anger. I'm all for doing it through the market, or other ways, but it's not fair to those of us who HAVEN'T been playing for 5-6+ years to not have access to things unless we shell out lots of money.

Except you'd be payin' exactly the same amount that those people did who were subscribed for that long at fifteen bucks a month, probably less if you buy the points in bulk to get the subsequent tokens. Technically, it's exactly fair in terms o' money spent.
