No: Tier 9 - And I am a tier 9 VIP. I just think gating costume pieces behind the tier 9 system is stupid. People who are tier 3/4/5 are not going to shell out the major cash to get this...instead just be even more disgruntled at the "elite" player base.

No: Shadow Shard TF Unlocks. I have approximately 1 hour a day..SOMETIMES 2 to play CoH. Which means I would never get these parts if they were locked behind the shadow shard tfs. Pfft I have a hard time convincing people to do a KHTF so I can get the hat from that tf. This does nothing to help the game financially and simply creates frustration among the players who truly are... casual.

Yes: Available as a set on the Paragon Market. THIS makes the most sense to appealing to your player base AND actually making a profit from the design work that would go into the set.

Is there a way to make a macro so that when i click it .. it will launch three powers in sequential order??

Looking for:

Power Build Up + Farsight + Chrono Shift

Just be easier if one button did it all LOL!

I can already see the pimp on virtue with a horde of fembots/strippers doing various /em dance as part of their own ERP fantasy LOL!

I am all for variations created by the Devs for each set of the mm category.

Attacking the devs and stating they don't know how to do it is laughable at best...they know how to do it but it is a decision of time versus cost. If it costs x amount of hours for pre-created dev choices for MM and 10x for player based costuming.. I will definitely go with the dev created ones.

HINT: Attacking the intelligence/capabilities of the Dev team doesn't make people think you are smart... quite the opposite actually.

When I moved from one state to another..in order to keep my sub up I decided to get a game time card between closing and opening a new bank account. I went to the Game Stop in Toledo, OH... asked the guy if they had any City of Heroes game time cards and his reply was:
"That games not out yet..."

Imagine my surprise to learn that for 2 years I had been playing in a beta!!!!!

So I looked around..and I found the game time card....

I haven't been to a Game Stop since.

Not a fan of the transformation powers...

So far there is.. ONE female one. I would rather buy the costume pieces; especially the chest piece and you know.. put it on my female character.

Sometimes I think the devs forget women play this game too.

And FYI the transformation powers (Harlequin to be specific since it's the only one I have)... look amazingly dumb on some of characters who have weapons (sometimes my Beam corruptor just shoots her attacks from ..nothing..no gun..just stands there and my nrg beam shoots from about 2 feet from my body).

So because of the gender and the actual animations... count me out of the transformation powers.

I could see this as part of the paragon market. Where there is a tab that says Weekly/Monthly Survey (or something like that). So IF you wanted to take a survey/poll you could.

This way it's not something people are ever forced to see/do.

I saw in today's patch notes that they fixed it where toons with mace mastery can now change their costumes... but.... I still cannot change mine.

1. My toon has a lil padlock on the costume and it says something like "this costume has invalid parts blah blah blah.." so I took the costume to basically nothing but a bikini and then created my new costume... looked great woohoo.. Noticed MACE was still not in the weapons section... and when I hit to create it...

WHAM!

Same costume as before...

Anyone else STILL experiencing this issue?

Must be some glitch then...
Created a SG with a friend about a year ago. Coalitioned it with my SG. Friend left game. I was the only person left in SG so I quit the SG... still says it is coalitioned with my SG.

Thinking it was just a hiccup. Went to registrar and tried to recreate the SG... name not available. Still shows up in SG roster at Registrar.

Chainsaws also create a lot of noise. Anyone who has been trying to survive in a post zombie apocalypse environment will tell you.. noise is your enemy. I personally prefer a katana for melee purposes and use.. i mean would use... a SMG for range.... Just saying.

Meh ran it twice.... not a fan of being lvl 29... Did it on my badge toon..now I am done with it for the year. No desire to run around at level 29...

Liked the mish etc... just thought the auto-exemplar was stupid. Oh yeah and not a fan of it having to be 4 people.

They already get a game for free. Sorry but if you can't spend $5 in 3-6 months... maybe the time you are spending online should be spent looking for a way to earn more money...I mean seriously $5???

Sorry but $2 a month to play with IOs is NOT a lot of money... Or are your coveted toons not even worth $2?

I guess the good thing is.. in a month there won't be any freemiums posting All the people who are supposedly quitting ...won't be able to post... and complain they aren't get everything they want.. for fee...

I would not be against something like the following though:

A benefit of being a VIP player.. yep you know those people who pay the bills...get 6 slots at level 50 instead of 3.

OR

Along the same lines... VIP players who either have Alpha Unlocked or are +1 get 3 slots (I mean if there were a TRUE level 51...you would probably get slots anyways).

But I am DEFINITELY against PURCHASABLE slots. If anything it should be a SMALL (No more than 3) benefit of being a VIP customer.

Since the argument was that total respecs would make noob players who get MISSIONS and TFs to fail... your attempt at bringing pvp into the matter is baseless. I am sorry it takes you a long time to learn how to play this game... it is rather easy imo.

Again...still not supporting complete power respecs.. just not for the "reasons" often given.

Like I said... Does not require a genius to learn to play any AT. Sorry if this hurts your feelings but it is very true. The "skill" you speak of is knowing the game and powers and how to use them... Never had a grav controller.... but I'm betting I could PL one to 50 and do just fine...because I have played controllers..understand how the game works..and am not illiterate and can read what a power does. This game requires very little skill... which in NO way means I support total power respecs. But to use the "OH NOES It will make noobs out of people" argument... is BS. Those people who can't figure out how to play a toon after 30 minutes...have severe learning deficiencies.

I have brought 4-5 people into this game by showing them the game...and then sitting there for a few minutes explaining things to them... and then let them play one of my 50's..NONE of them has ever said anything like "OMG this is soo confusing."

So again... baseless and pointless argument..unless of course you are comparing all players to brain dead monkeys. Which I will admit in my 6 years...I have come across a few players..noob and veteran alike; that fit that category quite well.

I am totally against total power respecs but I have to address one recurring argument against it that just makes me LOL.. literally.

This game is not hard at all. If you cannot figure out new powersets within 15-30 minutes... you will never figure them out. The argument against PLers/Total respecs because people won't know how to play is absurd. People like to point to Player A who was PL'd in AE and "made our TF fail" - "causes soo many team wipes" etc etc... That person is an idiot. It wouldn't matter if they spent 1,000 hours on a toon they will still be a bad player LOL!. I have seen people with 1000+ badges who are simply put; HORRIBLE players. I have seen PL'd toon rock in a TF.

Not sure about DP but I LOVE my AR/Traps Corruptor.
I have quite a few Corruptors that are 50... each with their own pros and cons. Traps on teams that steam roll allow you to simple throw down FFG and go to town with the occasional acid mortar and caltrops. On TFs/ITrials I love taking my Traps corr

The answer to your question is simple: Whichever you like I have a /dark /traps /pain /ice and /ta corruptor incarnated

While it is "rude" to do...it is his base. Unfortunately if a friend were to do this to me...that would end my charity work on their base. If they wanted help in the future it would be on a for-pay (inf) basis.

I loathe when I enter a base and see flicker/clipping. It is a complete eye sore. When people ask me how to "fix" these huge rooms that have flicker everywhere I simply tell them: delete and start over...as it will be less time consuming. Clipping/Flicker to me is the difference between bad and good building skills.
