Gamestop?
This is probably a Gamestop, or individual store, decision, not NCSoft's or Paragon Studio's decision.
Other game stores might have them, or Amazon.com.

Be aware that if it's not WoW, Gamestop employees don't seem to know what it is.
I went in looking for them, didn't see them at first, asked an employee, and he told me they don't carry them anymore. While he was telling me this, I found them on the time card rack.

My GameStop still sells timecards.

When I moved from one state to another..in order to keep my sub up I decided to get a game time card between closing and opening a new bank account. I went to the Game Stop in Toledo, OH... asked the guy if they had any City of Heroes game time cards and his reply was:
"That games not out yet..."
Imagine my surprise to learn that for 2 years I had been playing in a beta!!!!!
So I looked around..and I found the game time card....
I haven't been to a Game Stop since.
Locally the gamestop in the mall (and down the street from the mall, what is it, Starbucks? Although I guess I should check inf the one in the mall is still there) is alright (although they didn't pull off the "Mini-warehouse" look well at all, just feels cold) but then the staff is half/more from the Software Etc. still in the mall which has always been fairly good.
But I still prefer the Software Etc.

Negaduck: I see you found the crumb. I knew you'd never notice the huge flag.
Wish there were more options time-card wise. None of the computer stores here where I live even carry the cards anymore and spending hundreds of dollars in gas to make the 4 hour round trip to the city to look for one is so not gonna happen.
Sell them at 7-11. They have cards for everything else.
Check your local Best Buy, too.
'I don't like the look of it at all,' said the King: 'however, it may kiss my hand if it likes.'
'I'd rather not,' the Cat remarked.
'Don't be impertinent,' said the King, 'and don't look at me like that!' He got behind Alice as he spoke.
'A cat may look at a king,' said Alice.
I've heard you can also find them at Fry's.

Best Buy tends to stock time cards for the holidays. They might stock game cards ($20, activate at checkout) year round but considering the BBs near me have rearranged their stores three times since last holiday season, that section may have been removed to make more space for cell phones and Blu-ray movies.

Our Best Buys hardly ever carry the NCSoft cards but they sure do carry the point cards for all the other games and systems. NCSoft should make game time available with points in the market and just sel point cards.
The local Gamestop and Best Buy are a joke as far as games that are not the 800-lb gorilla of MMOs go.
They never carry the Time Cards for any NCSoft games, even after multiple people have asked them to carry them. They seldom carry time cards for any other games except the above unnamed game.
The Best Buy has at least carried Architect Edition when it was initially released (and didn't replace their initial order even though it sold out in 2 days and more people were asking for it). They did the same with Going Rogue and refused to order more after selling out stating "that game doesn't sell, no one plays it". Customers responded with "I play it and it's already sold out so it apparently does sell and I'm not the only local person playing it". BTW, I bought both the first day, so caught it before it sold out and found out later from other people about the responses from employees.
I do know that people were told "we don't carry that game" and "that hasn't come out yet" when AE and GR were released and then the sales staff were surprised when customers went to the shelf and showed them where it was stocked.
Anyway, there are other places to get time codes and you can read about them on ParagonWiki in R M's Guide to Getting Cheap Months, specifically the section headed The Smart Way: Discounted Time Cards. Be sure to pay attention to the Caveat Emptor section as some have reported getting used codes recently. The company has been good about getting replacement codes to customers, but it is something to be aware of. I've not gotten any invalid codes when I've bought from them, but apparently it's happened recently.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Oh yeah. You can ALWAYS find WoW time cards. There's never a shortage of those.

I find them at my local Rite Aid all the time. (Rite Aid is a drug store, like Kinney's or CVS).

I found some of the scratch-off type of game time cards for CoH/CoV in the Gamestop, in the Regency Mall, in Racine Wisconsin, in the past 45 days. I live in Racine, Wisconsin, so, I know what I'm talking about. They were 60-Day Game Time Cards, BTW.

Why no more gamecards/timecards at Gamestop?
Went in today and they were gone. Clerk said they were pulled last week.
Was there an announcement that the cards were going bye bye?
Where can we get the cards now?
