There's a lot that I want though. That Karas one looks awesome, the Marvel and DC Bishoujo line looks cool, SH Figuarts Wild Tiger, and other stuff. So little time, so little money. :'(
The Bishoujo line is pretty neat. I've got the Psylocke, Batgirl, Catwoman, Emma Frost, Lucy the Ghostbuster, and Supergirl.

I have a thing for DC action figures. I have some DC direct stuff, but what I really like are the ones that Wal-mart and stores like it carry. I keep them in the package, and use them as wall decorations. They tend to run about $15 each, which is not so bad. I have a few that I had to purchase on the web, but mostly I find what I am looking for w/o resorting to have it shipped.

There are 2 that continue to elude me. I want a Cassidy Cain Batgirl, and a Kyle Rayner GL. Both of which are around $50, and my wife looks at me funny when I bring them up. :/

The kicker was when I went to price the figures (always good to know what you have) and discovered that I have several that are valued at over $75. Didn't see that coming at all.

This one in particular really surprised me, in a good way.

Na na na na, Batman statue!

Beastyle reads DC... I'm telling on you!

I used to have a lot of the original transformers including a metal Optimus Prime...sadly they vanished a long time ago. I still have a bunch of the original TMNT toys and MMPR auto morph toys... And the Astro Megaship is around somewhere too... I want the Original Megazord... and was supposed to get it, but my grandparents were stupid at the time and didn't realize that was popular despite me telling them.

The closest thing I have to these things nowadays is almost all of red Bionicle figures (both good and bad guys). And a couple of the big ones. And the first three Plo Koon Star Wars Figures. And perhaps a Gundam Wing small figure. And there might be an R2D2 somewhere...

Would D&D figures count?

Awesome stuff, all!

We don't have much, and I don't have pics, sadly.

But we have the Good Ash/ Bad Ash dual set, Marv from Sin City, Sylar, and Alice from American McGee's Alice, all still in box.

Somewhat old pictures (I've since rearranged and added a few, but haven't brought my camera back to work):

No pics but I used to have a ton of Beast Wars and Star Wars stuff as a kid. More than a few Batman, Power Ranger, and Star Trek things as well. Sadly almost all of that has disappeared.....

About all I have left is a Batman, Spider-man or two, a couple Gundams, and the only "collection" that's still mostly intact is my DBZ figures. Ahhh....many hours of fun were had with those.

In 1995 I bought my first Spawn figure, Hoof to be exact, that started the collection.
At one point, I had the set 95% complete, including a few wrong color editions and a misprint.

I wasn't collecting them as an investment though, so they were all taken out of the box (except the miscolored) and posed on my shelves to collect a decade of dust. After 3 years of searching endlessly for a specific one (before Ebay and the like) I got so fed up I stopped.

The 300+ figures all got boxed up when I moved in with my fiance, intending to leave them boxed until I had a suitable mancave to display them in, they all stayed boxed for the 1 1/2 we lived together.

When we split up, her family moved all her stuff out while I was at work, grabbing the 3 boxes of figures in the process...

Months later after the tension had lifted, I inquired about them. She didn't know they'd been grabbed and put in her garage. A few weeks after the move, her parents had a garage sale...

All gone! A decade's worth of collecting, including driving through 3 states once, gone!
Her stepmom had assumed that the boxes of dusty toys were from her stepsons childhood and sold them all for $30!!!

The entire 90's run of McFarlane, minus 3 figures, including a very rare miscolored Clown worth over $150 sold for 30.

It was an accident, me and her stayed close and all, just one of those things.
Her dad felt so bad he ended up giving me a riding lawnmower though.

Since then however, I can't bring myself to even attempt collecting anything.
All that said, I love that this thread has been revived and hope to see some newly aquired figures!

Once upon a time I used to collect power rangers and beast wars. I had just about one of everything power ranger related, up to when they went into space, and a good chunk of beast wars. They were all packed up in a storage building on my grandparents property until one day some jerk decided to set the building on fire. I lost all of it except a morpher from the first season of power rangers. I had it with me because I was fixing a broken wire. When I get home I'll have to see if I can dig it out and post a pic of it.

Ah, the bishoujo line. Yes, very nice ones. Particularly Psylocke and Catwoman, IMO.

Sorry for breaking anyone's view BTW. Photobucket refused to resize it for some reason.
