The enhancements stop PROCing as soon as you have reached experience level 20 (not trained).

They are very nice. I have the gamestop version. The knockdown proc is very handy mitigation in praetoria slotted into an AoE. And they are basically SOs you can slot at level 1 and never expire. Drop two into your key low-level attack power and you're golden.
I keep forgetting to test how they exemplar. Like does the proc turn back on below 20, and does the enhancement value get reduced if you drop very low.
But even if they do get negatives in both those instances, they still work wonders for levelling, which is what they were intended for.

If you don't level a build using them over 20 (even if you could train higher) when you exemp down to 20 or below the procs still work. as soon as you train to lvl 21 the procs cut out, exemped down or not.
I've taken two new characters through the new tutorial (on Exalted) and neither have received these 5 enhancements. What am I doing wrong?

Ah. They must be tier 7. I have all my tier 6 slots filled, but I haven't yet decided which tier 7 slots to fill with my remaining 3 paragon rewards.

One of the cool things is that when you make adjustments to your graphics settings you don't have to restart the client. At least this is the case with Windowed/Non-Windowed mode.
I've enjoyed those 5 Gamestop preorder goodies since I got Going Rogue. They make me want to try new toons (I often save 4 of the 5 for a toon's two primary aoes - 2 each).
The Proc, as Snowglobe (I saw you save your name on Exalted with the default costume Tuesday!) said, stops working when you hit level 21. The 16 percent damage and recharge stays all the way to 50 if you keep it - which I find is worthwhile on SO-only builds to save money.
I think I still get the proc when I exempted down, but I'll have to test it to be sure.

When train to 21 (Before the most recent issue at least), you'll get a popup telling you that the proc is no longer functioning. At that point, they're just a Damage DO and a Recharge DO squished into one non-expiring enhancement.

So, being someone that doesn't Beta, preferring to have it be as new as possible on live, I'm finding myself getting a lot of goodies I hadn't read about.
Quick search of Wiki doesn't give the answers so I decided to post here to get some and also to see what others are being 'surprised' to find.
Tutorial enhancements- When I run the tutorial, I'm getting (I think) 5 unique enhancements, with various buffs that sound pretty sweet. Names like Will of the Seers etc.
I'd read about the AT specific enhancers but these are new to me.
Do we have info about these? Do they vanish after a set time, should you wait to slot them? Can/Should we sell these on the market.
So, what 'little surprises' have you found? Something you'd missed hearing about. Something you'd expected to be bad but turned out great. Etc, etc.
