12am untill 11PM, sigh.. Basicly 'yet another' full day downtime, a very slim chance the servers will up and fully running after the maintaince is done.

Grumble, Avatea: you forgot to change the http://www.timeanddate.com link when you changed the time in the first post. Got kicked an hour earlier than i thought ):
(my time zone is 7:30pm to some early hour)
Looking forward to new issue though!

No, she didn't give the wrong time change. It's down an hour earlier than it says. It's just after 3am Pacific right now.

Quit acting like it happens all the time. It's not like they're putting on a major update or anything, on top of making sure the new hardware they just installed works.........oh wait, they are.
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.
Also, isn't 12 AM to 11 PM twenty three hours? That's a lot longer than nine or ten hours.

It's actually 12pm til 11pm, and the post is pretty much typical of Sinergy_X. There's no real point arguing with it, they're just a glass half-empty sort of person.
I just picture this in my head any time I'm reading one of his posts.

so a nice early patch that gets the servers back up and running for NA players some time before most are clocking off for work, while taking a great deal of time up in the day, does so at a time that is relatively convenient, for NA players, your regular evening play session comes and goes uninterupted (save for the inevitable oops it went wrong down time)
The same patch, at the same time for myself in England, or my fellow Europeans begins at a convenient time for us, but ends well into the evening, when most people will be wrapping up for the night.
So while you can count on your hand the number of times a planned downtime has occured and taken up a 'whole day', then I'm afraid I need both hands and my feet, and possibly an abacus to count out the 'whole days' i've not been able to play from planned downtime.
So I can definately see why people on my side of the pond are upset, but, I'm pretty stoic about this sort of thing, it needs to be done, and it needs to be mostly done in office ours for the Devs, so it requires me to loose more of my effective game time than NA users.
In short, i've got no problem with this and have stuff to do anyway (but if you can give it to us sooner rather than later, I have some money for you)

To clarify, this one makes sense, they are changing a lot of stuff in one day.

Should have been 2pm to 11pm, but i just found out CEST is actualy my timezone.

Well, I gotta say the new login screen's nice. And thankfully they've replaced the previous confirmation sound which always seemed to set my teeth on edge with a nice, simple click.
However, looks like I won't be sinking my teeth into i21 until I get back from work later tonight. Thankfully it's a short-ish day!
I for one am very excited to play the new Freedom version of the game with my older more experienced characters. I played beta with newly created characters and will be making some new people to use the new power sets but I have some older tried and true characters that will do nicely with some new gadgets and items.
