Issue 21 Open Beta Starts Tomorrow

Avatea refers to it as VIP Beta, not Open Beta.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
Black Pebble is my new hero.
VIP would be their new fancy marketing lingo for "people with an active subscription". So if that criteria applies to you, then you are part of the VIP beta!
I just want to know who I peeved off that I'm not getting closed beta invites anymore... :|

But I might as well try. Doesn't take very long to load, I've got the beta client on my SSD.

Just because they clearly told me to hold my horses and wait until tomorrow after work.... It's always possible, [not likely,] that someone accidentally hit the wrong key and opened it early.

I didn't even wait to read this thread. I got home, opened my browser, looked at top thread in this section, promptly updated the beta client, closed the browser, and waited until it was finished updating. I'm back now that I've tasted disappointment...

But holy crap the new intro screen is sweeeeeet....
Far warning. The Test Server is not the BETA SERVER. They are different servers and if you don't have the beta server downloaded and patched up for tomorrow you will want to go HERE and read how to do so. Or you won't be able to join everyone for a fun and exciting time right around 4:00 PM Pacifc.

7 pm eastern...and i work nights, bother...ah well,s till good news, ill just get really really caffed up at work and then can do a late night exploring the content. looking forward to it, even if it will initially be played through twitching, bloodshot eyes.(those who know me will likely be wondering what the difference will be exactly)
