I know that we have had several free issues. I know that the anticipation has always been large for new shiny stuff. I know that we all wish and pray and refresh the beta server hoping that we got an invite.

BUT THIS TIME IS DIFFERENT!!!!!!!!

The freedom issue is probably the biggest issue not only in content but UI improvements, graphical improvements, and changing the way the game is played by making it free. I look at the beta login screen and just gets chills by the new shiny login buttons. I see all the images of the new store and character creator( which hasn't really changed in some time) and i go nuts. I have friends that haven't played because of financial issues and are dying to return to play there villains and heroes. I literally cant freaking wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He prefers to stay at range and wants max damage with sudo support from his holds.
He likes to team but wants to have a good time soloing too.
He wants IO sets that help his acc, damage, and recharge since his alpha will be tiered to endurance.
but his main gripe are his choice of powers, he needs help picking them and would like to know from experianced ice blasters what to pick and what not to pick

He got to 50 but always teamed with my mastermind or brute so he doesnt really know how to fully utilize his toon.

a nice guide would also help out

does anyone have any good Ice/Ice/Ice builds for a blaster, my friends is having trouble on power choices and he totally sucks at using enhancements. Its his first 50 and he wants to make sure he's playing it right.
