How will you spend your 10,000 Paragon Points?

So the important question is how will you spend your 10,000 Paragon Points in the VIP Beta?

Well, naturally I'll buy every powerset available so I can test them out.

The Rocket Board, the new costume pieces. (Circle of Thorns FTW)

And then... well, we'll see.

Well I'll blow the first chunk on 5 new costume slots. After that I'll probably mostly buy anything else that's completely new in the store because I already have every Booster Pack they've ever offered.

Well sets, I had resigned myself to testing time manipulation tonight, not that I mind the idea of time manipulation, but now I can test street fighting.

oh and costumes of course and costume slots.

I'm going to purchase Street Justice, see? Then I'm going to go around to all the players, see? Then I'll tell them they're going to need "protection" insurance, see? It'll cost them 10,000 Paragon Points.

I suppose it'll depend on the costume of items. I freely admit I'm not in this to do much "testing", rather to browse, so to speak. As such, there's not a whole lot of reason to "buy" costume sets, since those can be tested in the creator anyway. I'll probably take a look at the new powersets (even Beam Gun) and anything else that just catches my eye as something that might be interesting.

Superdine, gonna score me some Superdine. I know this Hellion who says he can hook me up...

Here's my plan for testing these points:

1.) First, figure out how far they can stretch. I'm excited to use the "wishlist" feature to mark everything I want to test out and see if I'll have enough points to purchase everything.

2.) Purchase as many costumes pieces as I can, though leaving enough points for the powersets.

3.) If I have points left after costumes and powers, check out some of the fun stuff like the Rocket Board.

4.) Test out the disposables like dual inspirations.

I'll probably avoid the big point items like costumes and character slots for the moment.

I will spend them on powersets. Testing the wishlist and how far 10000 will go sounds good. I want to text the xp bonus dealy, mainly its duration.

At an exchange rate of $5 = 400 points, that comes out to $1 = 80 points, or 10,000 points = $125.

So, I'll first check the store to see what sort of value I think I'm going to get for my $125. Then I'll decide how best to spend it. If there are obviously unpopular things, I might buy them just to make sure they get some testing, but then again, I might just stick to my idea of "value" so that anybody analyzing spending patterns gets a fair idea of whether prices are too high or not.

That's sort of a problem with this "test", in that there could be conflicting goals.

Street Justice, Rocket Boards, and costumes. Maybe a few other things just to play with the market and test them out, but I don't see the point in buying extra costume slots in the beta server. Now the live server...yeah, yeah I'll probably buy me some extra costume slot love.

I'll use mine to build a casino! With hookers! And blackjack!

Actually, forget the blackjack....

I'm gonna hold onto mine, in case something better appears in the beta store later on.
