the contact icons above their head, can we turn that off as an option, I have always loved City of Heroes subtle integration of contacts into the game world without breaking immersion.

Just as an aside, I've thought prezi was cool ever since a colleague first pointed it out to me: a lot of sales and marketing presentations designed to be delivered to a general audience seem to be implemented in it now. It tends to jar viewers out of Powerpoint-lock. I made a mental note that Paragon Studios was using it for some of the I21/Freedom focus group presentations as well.

I have Flash, but this just doesn't work for me. I get a blank file folder with a tab that says something like "Paragon Personnel Files," and that's it. At first I actually thought it indicated a file that I had to download, but I think that's part of the presentation.
Anyone have any tips?

Mercy mission revamp, good, hopefully they got rid off all those snake missions.
Also it's kinda funny how I forget there are faces behind those developer names. lol

Okay, that was cool. I liked that I could explore the area, or just click the Next button to see the highlights in order.
There is definitely going to be plenty to do. I've never had so many new character ideas before. Usually it takes a couple months of seeing how other players use the sets before I want to try. On the other side of the leveling spectrum, I'm really looking forward to The Underground incarnate trial!
Also, it was cute that there was a mug of coffee near Zwillinger to represent the weekly Community Coffee chats. 
That and the other little in-the-know extras scattered around took it from marketing to personable. Kudos to the presentation designer!
PS Here's another vote for an option to turn off icons above the contact's head.

I see WarWitch got a new title. Or rather, is finally able to let us know what her 'real' title has been all along.
I find the level of excitement to be a very positive sign that this, despite my earlier fears, isn't something they are being forced to do but rather something they are genuinely enthusiastic about!
Congratulations Dev's you've done what I thought wasn't possible. I feel the excitement over a new Issue once again! Haven't been this excited about an issue since Ouroboros and Cim.
