EDIT: To me, a RP VIP server is for those who feel elitist enough where they feel above playing amongst the new players and trying to help them, even in the RP regard. This is why I'll stay on Virtue.

We're fine with Virtue and Union, just saying. We do NOT need three, especially the VIP one where it just seems like we don't like helping free players. Thats how -I- see it, at least. Freems could see it that way too.
I'm hoping old friends with lapsed accounts will pop up on my global list. When they do, I'd like to be able to play with them.

I'm European and I'm in fact playing Virtue now. To me it would make sense to just label one server "RP" and be done with it. The Europeans log off just in time for the Americans to log on. Of course, this would increase load - possibly beyond whats bearable, but maybe that will give people who don't actually rp incentive to move to a non-RP server.
Would of course require a lot of good-will on behalf of NC, and many free character transfers will be quite necessary. Wouldn't hurt to give it an official RP label in the list to.
Just thinking.
I'm staying...I don't pay too much attention to ppl unless they are on my global list or in one of the sg's I'm in.

How many VIP servers are there going to be? I thought just one. Virtue has always been the unofficial RP server. And as far as I am concerned always will be. I will not be moving.
My postings to this forum are not to be used as data in any research study without my express written consent.
I rather play it by ear. If enough friends move over, I might consider moving one or two over and then starting up new characters as well.
Otherwise, rather than seeing an exodus to a new server - I'd rather see an exodus to 55 on Virtue! 
there is only gonna be one VIP server, i think the OP just has some wording to make it sound like there might be more than one
Nope I plan to stay put all my friends are here on virtue and none of them are switching so why go to VIP and and not know a soul.
I figure what i may do is turn the new server into my retirement home.. I have some 50s that I really don't play anymore but just don't have the heart to delete.. using my transfers I can move one a month to the VIP server and make room for new characters here.

I will hold the line for as long as I can against the freebie scum... And of course filter through them to find the occasional diamond amongst the manure.
Virtue is for teh RPs.
Until they add tags to VIP like (Roleplay Server) it's just another server, one not everyone can get into and exclusive. Has a nice ring to it for min/maxers but at the same time, you'll get those folks in any server. Populations might start to balance, I wouldn't ridicule a group of RPers trying to make the trip in the least.
Staying until I start to get bothered by the Freebs, which will likely be never, because they're basically just trial accounts with the ability to ding 50 and the chance to buy off some of their restrictions later down the line. Also, may not be able to switch, depending on financial situation I may have to drop to Premium at some point.
