So we're getting new tailors
As I recall, we will be getting the ability ro buy 2 more costume slots with paragon points.
I wonder if that'll be a per character thing or global.
Considering how booster packs work now, I'd have to assume global...

And yeah, they said more tailors, right? Or might they just give us easier access or something?
Dr. Aeon could mass produce a pocket dimension closet/wardrobe.
I get the feeling that they'd rather not get rid of the need of Icon and Facemaker though... so, I'm not pushing for that idea.

I have problems filling the 5 slots I currently get on each character with costumes I actually use. I mainly stick with just one or two main costumes. I would assume this would be much more useful for RPers. So, how many costumes slots would you like to have on each character?

More realistic? 10.
Dechs Kaison outfits: Business man with trench and fedora, business man without trench and fedora, doctor's outfit, Thompson Ninja hero disguise, powered armor.
I'd like to fit my other three Thompson Ninja outfits at least, and maybe some street clothes. And the doctor outfit without the lab coat buttoned up. And a complete robot costume that can be his drone he'd send out and another one that's his trench/fedora outfit but with a glowing aura to signify a projected image. And a Nazi outfit for when he's reminiscing. Oh, and there's at least once that I've wanted a "lab accident outfit" which looks like a disheveled doctor's outfit.
TL;DR - If you give me the slots, I'll find a way to fill them.

I just hope the tailors actually have cool buildings they work out of, rather than just one tailor sitting on a street corner like in Praetoria.
Such a disappointment.
I hope they don't just scatter Tailors around like those ridiculous looking Merit Vendors. I like the idea of Serge opening more stores in other zones.
EDIT: I see Xero and I had the same thought.

He has his bad guy costume, his Cimmorean Counterpart costume, his praetorian costume, his Amerika Korps costume (actually HER but whatever) and his street clothes.
I'd love to have at least one alternate costume for each of his extra-dimentional counterparts, and I would be giddy if I could make more. And I gaurantee I could fill 30 costume for this character. They may not be unique (there are only so many ways to do Nazi chick) but they would be there and loved.
So yeah, what Dechs said

I hate, hate, HATE the vendors as it is. Bunch of purple and yellow clowns with NO PURPOSE other than to stand around and feel smug, rewarding good little heroes and villains for their deeds. Hero side I can deal but as a Villain, I want to stamp on them a lot and steal their candy! They're not Arbiters! Why can't I beat the snot out of them and steal all their Luck of the Gambler +7.5% recharges!? WHY I ask you!!?
Even Incarnates can't escape these little gits. Prissy little Michael and Christy... Wooo! Have you been a good boy/girl/alien podperson? Did you smack wicked old Emperor Cole? Then here you go, have some chocolate and a musical note to stick on your chest... AAARGGH!!! My villains want to pull of their arms and play the drums on their heads!!!
*Breathes a little*
Sorry about that. I really dislike them. And I'm running a fever. I'll be ok in the morning...
Yay more costume slots... give me.... all of them...!

She'd have... Her old costume, her 'dark' costume, her "Second power up" costume, her "Not-Nanoha" costume, her casual outfit, her formal outfit, her pajamas, her swim suit (She's an anime character, after all), various cosplay outfits, and god knows what else.

I'd love another tailor villain-side (I don't care if it's a wombat on a rock or a proper building with vending machines and a disco ball). I'm not saying it's a necessity, and something that I think requires urgent action, but if the devs have confirmed that they're going to devote resources to this, I'd strongly push for more tailor access in the Isles.
Alternatively, in line with the 'co-op' mentality, a virtual tailor that can be placed in base (either as a standard item, or a craftable one) as has been suggested countless times would allow the devs to spend resources in the one 'area' and benefit the entire player-base (except Praetorians and those not in SGs - I don't know how many of these there are).

On many of my characters I probably would not use more than the current 5 costume slots allowable even if extra ones were free to them. Those characters are not really "costume oriented" at all.
But I have a few main characters that I would (if I could) unlock a dozen or more costume slots on, even if I had to pay as much as like $5 per slot per character. Those characters I consider extremely "costume oriented". Basically at this point I've waited years for (and will gladly pay for) any new costume slots I can get for those characters.

I could do with 10 costume slots per character, some don't need that many, some however do. I'd love to see new tailor buildings rather than them standing on a corner like in Praetoria, or the Merit vendors. I'd also like it if character costume slot purchases with Paragon Points were global, rather than individual. Considering this is a game with a great opportunity for making alts, I think it'd be a little unfair to charge each character for their costume slots.
Is there a source for this notion that we'll be able to purchase two additional costume slots? I haven't heard anything about this.
If this does get added to the store, though, I can see where a lot of my points will be going. I'd buy more than five extra slots for some of my characters. What I really want, though, is a tailor NPC that we can add to our bases.
The real question is whether VEATS will be able to access their hidden 6th slot from the off.
