I see this going the way of the glowies on the Reactor Trial.

Since he included the phrase, "when I transition to VIP," it is quite obvious they intend to raise the subscription fee the month before Freedom launches...

Never mind the fact that VIPs will be get a monthly 400 point stipend, that qualifies as getting a monthly refund in the form of a gift certificate.
If you look at it that way, your VIP subscription is going down when Freedom hits. You just have to spend your surplus on loot.

I mean, consider. You haven't specifically addressed the possibility that VIP status will mean that we no longer get quarters from the Tooth Fairy!
