Yes, Antimatter has a stop time power when he is at half lives. But I don't think it would be that powerful if we get one.

I just hope that Time Manip will be takable by Stalkers/Scrappers.

Dual Blades (Knives)/Time Manip Stalker, anyone? Or do I have to add 'Maid' to that before anyone will get it?

I'm not gonna lie, the buff combo system seems kinda weak.

I would really like a toggle bubble power named Temporal Field with a big endurance cost and a bunch of other bubble toggles with no end cost or a really small cost that add new layers to the time bubble and give it new secondary effects. Like a layer that adds mez resis, another layer that adds regen, etc. It would allow an interesting playstyle, turning the user into a walking buff area.

Yeah, I don't like the combo system, but I'll just wait till the release before screaming DOOOOM!!

I don't wanna drag this subject too far off into another direction, but moving into the future would be the same thing as picking up and moving something across the table: it's now in a new location, and it certainly didn't cause any paradox on the way. The only difference would be that in this case, you can't exactly know where you're moving yourself to until you get there, though we can totally predict that with math, just like how we can predict generally when and where we're going to get neutrinos, who have this nasty habit of existing in one location, then suddenly ceasing to be just after existing in another location entirely as well.

I would like to see a role reversal power, when hit with a nasty attack you can target a mob and transfer the damage you took to them. Maybe make it so it can only effect Lts. and lower...

Rewind - Teleport to targeted location within 40 feet and rez yourself. For those times when you're solo and the damn mobs won't get off your head to let you use a wakie.

Record - Store a copy of your next 3 single-target attacks (but no power can be recorded more than once) in a temporal buffer.

Play - Unleash the attacks stored in the temporal buffer at the targeted mob. ~1-2 minute recharge.

It amplifies secondary affects and increases recharge? I was wondering when they'd add a power that makes enemies more susceptible to debuffs and control. So far the only one we had was Benumb,

Well based on whats on the overview page I can see now this is a defender corrupter set only. No way I am playing this set on a mastermind or troller since the recharge buffs wont help the pets. I was kind of upset that it had to happen this way.

There will be a LOT in the set that melee masterminds will want and like. May not be the best set for a ranged MM (though still not bad), but melee MMs will find the set useful.

Not that I'm doubting you per se, but if a big part of the set involves Recharge buffs, and pets aren't affected by those...well, I guess I'll have to see for myself this evening.

Yea, a debuff heavy set with group defense and a group heal - that will be terrible for MMs.

Start the DeLoreans, we're going back in time! This all-new powerset will be available for Defenders, Controllers, Corruptors, and Masterminds. I will continue to update this post with real numbers as I get, uh, time...

The powers, in order that they will be available (at the AT-appropriate levels) are:

Time Crawl
Ranged Foe, -Speed, -Recharge, -Regen, Special

You're able to dramatically slow the time around a single enemy, reducing their movement speed and attack rate. Time is slowed to such an extreme that their wounds will take longer to heal, reducing their regeneration rate. Time Crawl applies the Delayed effect on its target. Debuff and control effects from other Time Manipulation powers are increased on affected targets affected by Delayed. Recharge: Long.

You mend the wounds of yourself and nearby allies by placing your bodies in a past or future state where they are far less injured. Temporal Mending will immediately heal its targets and continue to heal them for an equal amount over the next 6 seconds. Additionally, affected allies will gain some resistance to slow effects and regeneration debuffs. Allies affected by the Accelerated effect will receive additional healing from this power. Recharge: Long

You create a time dilation field around you causing enemies who get too close to be slowed to a crawl, their movement speed, damage and chance to hit will be decreased substantially. Enemies affected by Delayed have these affects increased. Recharge: Slow

This power places the Temporal Selection mode on the target. While this is in effect, the target has any healing and healing over time effects from Temporal Mending or Chrono Shift significantly increased. Recharge: Very Long

An ally affected by Temporal Selection will recover additional health from Chrono Shift. Recharge: Very Long
