Where are iTrials forming for each server?

RWZ is a fairly accessible coop zone, but I find it to be problematic should a Mothership Raid break out; All those people standing about looking for iTrials count against the zone's cap - so the zone fills faster, potentially fewer people in the bowl, and trials that end have their members split between instances.
Cimerora would seem to be (IMO) the superior alternative to Pocket D, as it is mostly used to form ITFs or farm the wall.

On Virtue, it seems that the various instances of the RWZ are where people recruit. If there is a raid or the zone is otherwise getting full, league members might actually meet up in Cimeora or Studio 55 after being recruited.
My experience is that Justice uses Pocket D and Protector uses RWZ.
RWZ for Pinnacle. I've seen Pocket D used as well, but very infrequently.

Pocket D for Freedom. There are usually several instances of it all forming Trials.
I've seen iTrials start from pretty much every co-op zone possible on Virtue. But the main ones tend to be RWZ, Cimerora and/or the Midnighters Club. They really don't start too often in Pocket D or Studio 55. Maybe the people running trials would rather not get involved with all the RP going on there.

One zone that I've heard would be superior is the midnighter's club. Crafting tables / action house are both REALLY close to the zone entrance in cap/steel, and there's a store to sell at in zone.
Personally I like Pocket D for the ease of access. I'm never more than a PD-VIP-teleporter away.

Guardian uses Pocket D. The main room is a nice, big open space, which is an advantage over RWZ. The other nice thing about Pocket D is that anyone with the GvE pack has an easy teleporter to Pocket D. Also, a teleporter in your base can go straight to Pocket D, while the teleporter to RWZ leaves you out in the zone and there isn't one to Cim or Midnight Club. Crafting tables are as close as your base. There are Vaults handy. And a nice view out the big windows.
Since Pocket D has an easy place to buy Inspirations and a Base porter, the only thing it really lacks is an easy vendor for selling SOs and worthless recipes and salvage. Might that be coming soon?

Pinnacle - usually RWZ, though I have seen a few PD. Madame Pistachio is excellent at leading them. (Pretty sure she's Pinn... or vict.)
Victory seems to swing back and forth between RWZ and PD.
Generally, I just bring up the team search and look for the largest concentration of 50s.

One question I have always wondered about--when you search in a zone, do toons show up if they are in a trial?

Depending on the time of day and day of the week i have also seen teams form on Virtue in all of these locations..
Pocket D
Cimerora
Studio 55
The Midnighter's Club (this one is about the worst since the club is very small and at best will hold one 24 player league before hitting its cap)
So just about anywhere heroes and villains can assemble together and team up.
I've even been in a league that left Studio 55 and was running missions from Imperial City.

As a rule, Liberty will form the leagues for incarnate trials in RWZ.
Sometimes, because of MSRs or weekly taskforces, they may change up. The main objective is to have a store nearby to sell to.

Skimmed through, so sorry if I missed someone saying this:
Protector - Mostly RWZ, in front of Lady Grey. Occasionally in Pocket D. Best bet is to use the Protector Vigilance channel or the Protector TFs channel. They're good tools to make use of for forming any trial or TF.

Champion uses RWZ most of the time. Pocket D is used as well, although less frequently.

Pinnacle: RWZ, Pocket D
Virtue: RWZ, Pocket D, Cim
On Virtue, the most dominant area is RWZ but it's becoming a huge problem with Mothership raids and other Trials going on at the same time such and people running LGTF, Apex and Tin Mage. Multiple RWZ zones get packed and certain Leagues have to adjust because their members can't enter to start a trial.
There's a move to start it in Cim. I prefer Cim to avoid the traffic jam but it certainly doesn't have all the amenities of RWZ with the costume creator, quartermaster, auction and rikti crafting.
Pocket D is a problem because all your tp powers are rendered useless so you have to hoof it out to a permissable tp zone. Not a huge problem but annoying as I like to tp as much as I can.
I like RWZ, I can street sweep the hunt missions and get VG merits while I wait.
I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.

Should have added something like this to my first post.. If you are looking for a trial anywhere use the following globals. We all do on Virtue>>
Virtue TFs 2010
Virtue TFs (second channel started when the first maxed out)
Virtue LFG Beta
Virtue Badges
Virtuebadges09
Virtue Forever United
and Radio Virtue
All are public access so anyone can join.. Okay so Virtue TFs 2010 is full but join the second along with most or all of these others and very little that is happening on Virtue will get past you. League Leaders use some or all of these to recruit all the time.. of course the biggest ones are the TF channels. It certainly beats running to 3 or 4 RWZs, then to Cimeroroa and finally to Pocket D looking for a team!

I think its more likely a zone that allows for all of these things which makes Pocket D a good choice, and covers it's downfalls will be introduced.
The league system supports up to 48 players on a league, its a fair guess this may be necessary for future raids (i know 48 players in one spot is a lagfest, but 48 players sent 3 different ways from the off, maybe not so)
Since most zones cap at 50, gathering you're whole team in one place for that may become an issue.
Union tends to use Pocket D, tho the odd one forms in RWZ.

I imagine on some servers with smaller populations you need a single place, once you find it though, you should be good. I've been playing mostly on virtue lately and you can always find several trials starting almost any zone accessible to both sides:
RWZ1, 2, 3 4
Cimerora
Pocket D
Midnighters Club
Even Studio 55 in Imperial City
