What would you do with 50B?

I'm on the verge of reaching that goal i set to myself a few weeks ago, gather 50B inf.

I already know what I will do with it, but I am curious to know what ppl would do with that much inf, if they had it ?

First priority would be shiny new builds for my Corruptors who have functional but not fully pimped builds. Namely my Pain, Storm and TA. Purple them out, etc. I'd probably also go ahead and buy a Glad Def +3% IO for my Stalker. Currently working towards one with A-merits, but if I had enough cash that 3b wouldn't be a big hit to my funds, why the hell not

Then come the characters who have almost no IOs but I'd like slotted out. My Fire/MM Blaster and my Fire/Dark Brute. I'd probably make an alt NW build for my Fort too.

After that...some new project.

I would donate it to charity. There are so many homeless wandering around Paragon City!


Seriously, though, there is almost no reason I can think of to have that much. The most expensive builds cost 10-15 billion, depending on PvP IOs and purple prices. Most characters don't need anything that nice, though. I would probably dump it all into prestige just to get rid of it.

I would finish up buying a couple more IOs i need for a build im going to respec into on my SS/fire. But thats 1-2bil max. The rest i would play the market with and see how quickly i could double that money. Then i would go to disney land.

I would convert a few billion into prestige for my personal bases, and then probably just sit on the rest - my taste in IOs isn't expensive enough to use up that much money very fast, so I'd just be very slowly using it up to fund characters.

Honestly I don't know. I don't have anywhere near that amount of inf and I'm already running out of ideas on how to spend it. With the Incarnate system I'm only really playing three characters, and those two of them already have pretty much top of the line builds. The other one still needs some tweaking but I doubt I could spend to much on him. I'm to lazy to IO characters that I'm not going to use.

I could make a private base but I did the math on that and converting 2billion inf to prestige provides enough to make a fully functional base so it's not a huge usage.

i would prolly finish IOing out about 3-5 toons and spread around an extra 200 mil per toon for thread to xp conversions for incarnate unlocks

Over the last 2-3 months I've spent approximately 7-10 billion on my night widow and my electric melee/shield defense scrapper (still polishing off the scrapper's build). So if I had an extra 50 billion lying around, my scrapper's build would be finished NAO, and then I might embark on a new awesome build project or two... I have a fire/shield scrapper I'm leveling up, and my fire/kin troller. Or I'd try something else. Most of my current toons have very good IO builds already, about six or so have fully purpled builds so I don't really need to rework most of them and especially not the ones I play regularly. But a new toon might be fun, I like having a project.

Other than that I'd spend some money to establish nice bases for all of my little sattelite SGs and VGs on various servers that I don't play on all that much. (This is one of my long-range goals anyway.) And I'd probably buy up a lot of purples and pvp recipes as cheaply as possible and put them into storage. ^_^

I would PvP and purple out my favorite builds, and then I'd probably start doing more farming/crafting and making stuff for my other friends who can't play as much.

And, I would add enough prestige to my hero-side SG base (for just me and my alts) to have a Teleport room with all the portals covered.

Finish a second character.

50 billion? Hmm, I'd probably finish my SG base super labyrinth then hold a contest for people to run through it, and give away tons of prizes. Anything left over after that I guess I'd use for some builds.

[edit] I originally misread the thread title as "What Would You Do FOR 50B?" I'm glad I reread it, it would have taken quite a while to make a post that fit inside the forum rules for that answer.

Delete a couple of the toons you have inf maxed on as banks......cause you can and won't really notice it gone.

I would hold a few gamewide contests, maybe some PvP events, costume contests, and trivia contests.

That kind of inf would go a long way towards getting the Super Olympics off the ground and back in the running again.

Give the first 50 people to post in a thread asking what they'd do with 50 Billion Influence 1 Billion each. >.>

Hehe... Convert to Prestige for a few different bases...
And start coming up with lots of different ways to give it to other players who'd use it on things other than costume changes!

Buy up a bunch of Gladiator's procs, trick out a few characters with them, then probably hold a contest of some sort.

Use the market to turn it into 100B.

Pay people ingame to help level and acco my toons, then get some IOs.

Get the rest of the purples for my Fire/Dark Corr, buy the purples I'll need for my Fort/Widow (both builds), buy the purples I'll need for my SS/Fire Brute, blow the rest on a tricked out conversion van.
