But the servers are 'up' but still 'in internal testing'

I did kinda wonder why as a player I was meant to want this new launcher. 1 minute to download. I am now convinced

My question, when I started the ncsoft laucher I get the trickle down but if I do the "update" is that different? I did the latter( both EU and NA at the same time) and I was done in about 10 minutes.

Keep the announcement pretty close to when they think it'll hit and it should be no problem. Positron's issue, I believe, was announced FAR too much in advance.

And unless I missed it I don't remember seeing anything about shards dropping while exempted.
