Horse meat is so "chewy". I think you burn more calories getting it chewed up so you can swallow it, then the horse meat gives you when you finally digest it.
Although I've heard that if you raise horse meat the same way they do veal. Which means raising it in this little itty bitty cage, so the baby horse can't walk around, the meat turns out super tender.

On a more serious side, I would very much like to see the aforementioned lion's mane. As long as we're talking about animal heads in general, my prerogative here (after just HAVING more animal heads) is that they be usable with hair of some sort.

oh, and i agree with bad influence that dragon head would be great. I would also prefer a chinese dragon head as well, with the backward swept antlers, long facial whiskers, and the small beard. maybe a dragon booster(no, not the canime)? lot of in-game dragons, bet they would like some variety.

I hope there are some shark head and body options. I'm confident they'll do a good job with birds, canines and felines but I hope they didn't forget about fish, sharks and maybe a reptile and amphibian option.
