No news as of yet, and I would have thought they'd have them again around now. I've several characters I'd like to shuffle around but I've no desire to spend the money to do it.

If we hold out hoping for another free round of server transfers NCSoft won't make any money that way either. I need to move my incarnate characters to servers with more activity.

Also holding out hope for a new round of free server transfers, since the Alpha Slot was another game changer.
I don't think its unlikely, either. Since its so expensive to transfer volumes of characters, especially if you have to remove characters to make room for the ones you want. The company seems to know this, and has made free transfers available before -- and they know its a crowd pleaser. This will be especially important to them (please the crowds, that is) as DC Online releases in mid-January. Free transfers would be a great counter-marketing move to keep some of us busy here rather than exploring over there.
My prediction: We'll see free transfers right around January 11, 2011. (And you heard it hear first ... as in, this totally unfounded rumor.)

Personally I would like to see transfers automatically add slots as needed without additional expense. Wouldn't that push sales for transfers? As it is, you need to buy slots and the transfers after, if you are full.

You can't lose money you don't have. If less people buy respec tokens, that just means they're making less money, which still means they're making money.

If they don't have transfers with the next Issue, I wouldn't bet on seeing any till the Anniversary.
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.
