I farmed PVP drops in Bloody Bay on Liberty. I was onver near the villain base but all the AFK farm killers swore I had moved to Justice for some reason. I even ran in to a few of them as I was leaving BB, I guess they just assumed I was getting Shivans.

It's interesting to note that even if the account doesn't have access to the slotted IOs and the IOs aren't enhancing the power in any way, you still get the set bonuses if they are purps.

I agree that if someone took the time to IO out a toon, then they should be able to use those IOs. Lock the new toons, let the people use the IOs they already have. -
If I quoted everyone that said I was right, I think I would run out of sig space.

Normally, we would have a whole other team of damage dealers (green assault 2), but tonight we didn't so we were lacking in the damage department. I believe she played it safe for that reason. Nukes aren't needed in a hami raid, they just are really helpful.
