No, in CoH, there is lots of people, 1 Empire, and 3 leaders... what am I way off?

Right you are!
Praetoria's not supposed to be Statesman X Recluse.
Remember,The Party created the Brotherhood in 1984. Who said there's no finger of a Loyalist within the Crusaders?Or that no Warden is completely against the Cole Administration?

Shades.of.Gray.

That would be getting to Nemesis-like levels of deception - and Tyrant really isn't that clever
Plus, it wouldn't be shades of gray at all - having Tyrant secretly running the groups opposed to his dictatorship would just make him look even more evil than he does already.

Dead people, regardless of origin or gender, are terrible workers.

Just sayin'...

Arc #271637 - Welcome to M.A.G.I. - An alternative first story arc for magic origin heroes. At Hero Registration you heard the jokes about Azuria always losing things. When she loses the entire M.A.G.I. vault, you are chosen to find it.

Oh great, another thread the Anti-Tyrant Brigade managed to destroy. Can we just get back to Hamidon sightings? They intrigue me far more than this useless banter.

How can you be so sure?
Politics are as dangerous as facing a +8x8x99999 Malta Sappers.Maybe Tyrant's real danger against Primal Earth and Praetoria is that, differently from States,he's not the "mustache villain".He is an evil genius.Always remember 1984 GG.

Stop validating GG's banality. It just encourages her.

(With the notable exception of the groups who practiced total annihilation of any foes who were defeated or captured. At least they didn't practice slavery. Opposition to slavery as a common moral stance is quite recent in recorded history.)

Well the Hamidon seems to be fine with moving through both land and water, with something of a preference for land, so i doubt it makes much difference to him whether there are waterways as long as the sonic fence is in place.

basically for this you just need to find a spot where the barrier doesnt kick in until your pretty close to the barrier
If you start at the city region marker (cyan dot on the map) in the NE part of the Neutropolis yellow area (I forget the region name offhand), and head due N from there, you'll reach a point at the edge of the map where you can get the badge before taking a significant amount of damage.

I like to use the road out of town in southern Imperial City. Works consistently for me with just sprint.

But how does that make it more "shades of gray"?
Tyrant ruling Praetoria = evil
Tyrant ruling Praetoria and controlling the Resistance = double evil

Just pause for a moment and consider just what that phrase sounds like, and how it makes it seem that opposing tyranny is somehow a negative thing - it's like calling the Jedi the "Anti-Sith Brigade"

I always knew some of my villains were really the good guys. After all, some of my villains support Arachnos, and Arachnos supports the Resistance, making them the good guys and down the link, making my villains the good guys.

That's great. Tentacles in Praetoria. I'm happy for all you believers out there. Well my friends, you want to see something earth-shattering and really scary? Take a good look at what we saw in Dark Astoria.

Their were people who left "freedom" to live in the "godless communistic" society here in the REAL WORLD!
