Last patch? No. What kind of scrapper (pri/sec powers)? What enemies are you fighting now and what where you fighting then?

Regen is functioning as it always has. Accuracy hasn't been changed. Enhancements expired, perhaps?

Try fighting something around your level that isn't a Cimorian. If you easily win, it's the Cimorians, if you lose, it's probably you.

Not that i've noticed. My KM/DA Scrapper has had no issues hitting and killing stuff. When i've played my other Scrappers i haven't noticed any accuracy issues.

If you really aren't hitting as often as you should it might be good to run Herostats to see what your actual accuracy is like.

i do have a mostly SO slotted Claws/Regen in the late thirties that i haven't played much for a while. Maybe i'll log in and see how things go later. As i recall i was mostly focusing on the RWZ arcs.

Don't attack the Engineers if they are surrounded by their allies. They get a HUGE boost in Defense if there are friends near by.

Didn't know you were on all IOs. Most people are by that level, but not everyone. You didn't say.

Still, practically every patch has at least one person swearing up and down that their accuracy was killed by the patch and a hundred others saying theirs is fine. Perceptional bias and an unlucky streak could be all there is to it.

Try monitoring your last chance to hit percentage, and see what kind of numbers you're getting.

I just tried running Hero Stats, the only thing that was read off my character was the "All Statistic" tab, but it did not mention anything about my accuracy.

Click "Powers" on your power tray. Click "Combat Attributes" at the top of the window that pops up. Another window will pop up with various combat attributes. Last Hit Chance is under "Base". Right click on that, select "Monitor Last Hit Chance". You'll get a smaller window that you can keep open that will display your last hit chance. You can add as many as 10 different attributes to this smaller window to keep track of health, regeneration, stamina, movement speed, defense, etc.

This doesn't require an add-on. Part of the base UI for quite some time now.

/Semi-disgree with BruteSquad, they are rough, but my claws/regen loves fighting them, the bosses especially do hit like a freight train so you have to be on top of your game. With a lot of knock back protection around, a lot of mitigation from your primary is gone.

They nerfed accuracy for scrappers. If it's a scrapper with regen secondary, the nerf is doubled.

You can also watch your hit rolls the way I do it. Your roll to hit is part of the 'combat spam' messages. I created an extra chat tab called "Hit" that only displays my to-hit rolls. I normally have it hidden, but when something seems odd, I can click to it and scroll back to see exactly what was happening in a fight.

You know, if Accuracy got nerfed as often as people think it did, it would probably be impossible to hit anything by now.

UNLESS... every time someone makes a post asking "did they nerf Accuracy in the last patch?"... the Devs quickly revert the change... then act all innocent... then try to do it again next time...
