What I'm talking about is a DIGITAL-ONLY add-on, like the GvE In Game Goodies pack, the Mac Pack, or the GR Complete Collection Item Pack. Neither the base CoH or CoV collector's editions got the same treatment. While every edition from Good vs Evil on has had a digital add on pack, those two do not.

I was working on a price of £1.50 (around US$2) for a 2 litre bottle. Things like the Magic pack cost £6 so a saving of £3 is 4 litres of caffeinated goodness, or enough to see me through a typical monday morning (j/k - it takes much more than that

Ok so if you are in Canada, which is the best method of getting GR CE? Anyone?

I just grabbed my copy for my second account - $9.99 at best buy
got one of the two I wanted (and another for my wife), but I'm getting "unable to process, blah blah blah..." when I try and get the second one for me... come on NC I'm trying to give you money here

I got the 3 packs for my second account, but got fraud suspicion on my attempt at the mac pack
Was able to only get the mac pack for my second account before getting the "please try again later or tomorrow" nonsense.

Anyone know of a way to order the $9.99 collection from Canada? BB Gamers Club says it is open to US residents only, and I can't locate the deal on the Canadian BestBuy website.

^ If you mean the GR collection, nope. You buy a hard copy through bestbuy.com (NAmerica only, I believe) and either have it shipped free or pick it up in store.

As for the booster packs, they are automatically assigned to an account you wish to put on, and it shows the code at the bottom of the account management page when it was applied.

Now I have 2 questions:
1- Can I buy the Complete Collection on an account that I have already applied the GR Preorder? If it includes a month of game time, it seems like a no brainer for $9.99.
2- Can I buy more than 1 at that price?

You cannot stack multiple Going Rogue Complete Collections onto a single CoH account.
