Does someone have City of Heroes TMed or Copyrighted?

I think it's targeting things you have "liked" and say "Do you play FACEBOOKLIKEHERE?!"
Not so much that the game is called City of Heroes.

the game isnt called City of heroes. It just means "oh i seem to be an advert capable of invading your privacy and see you like a certain game, so im gonna pretend my game thats nothing like it, is like it to get your click"
Nothing illegal there, just wildly poor targeted marketing.
The illegal part is that they've used graphics from Guild Wars (namely the release images of the Derrvish class) in their advertising, for which they have been reported to FB for by myself.

Of course, I do hate our overly-litigious society, but hey, that looks like a juicy target for a nice infringement suit.

I'm pretty sure Face Book *does* have a superhero game but I don't know what it is called. Several people in my SG are hooked on it.
