Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.
Sounds fun. I'll hopefully be there

Don't know why I even bothered looking at the times, these are always scheduled so that second shifters are shut out.
Whee.
I'll be attending on Union if I'm free. Now I just know I'm going to be spending every free daydreaming minute working out what costume to wear. Looking forward to seeing the Unionites dress up, along with whoever we're seeing from NCNC.

what would the times be for EST? (mostly looking at victory server 5pm-6pm pacific, need EST)
edit: i found the time for EST, would be 8pm to 9 pm for victory server
Hmmmm... do I show up with my party animal character, or with my videographer to cover this event? Decisions, decisions...
But chance at the party pack? Oh yeah, I am there.

Would have been nicer to have more notice. Don't know why I expected any different though.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

By the way, Avatea - as this is at such short notice, I think it might be a good idea to add an in-game pop-up window to announce this, to maximize the numer of players who know about it, as there are a lot of new players around right now, and a lot of them might not have gotten to the forum-reading stage yet.

Well, considering the only way I would ever want to get the Party Pack is if it were free, I think I might give this a shot.
There's never been a better time to celebrate the success of Going Rogue and what’s on the horizon for City of Heroes®, so we're throwing an in-game costume/dance party on the live servers in Pocket D and we hope you’ll join in on the fun!
A costume party implies that you “dress-up” for the occasion, so show up in your best PARTY costume and be ready to strut your stuff! You could walk away with the soon-to-be-released Party Pack and one of each of the in-game costume codes we’ve handed out at conventions and Meet-and-Greets for the past three years (2008, 2009 and thus far in 2010)! That’s right, the 3 individuals on each server who most delight us with their exquisite fashionista skills and prove to us what a party animal they are, will be justly rewarded!
