It is sad but my #1 they are saying will never happen. Top 3:
1 Huge body type for females
2 Slider used to set level for selecting tickets, merits and A-merits works to set level for recipes generated by random rolls
3 Creation of PvP minigames
All others in no particular order:
* All costume options available for both sexes. This includes dresses for males and tattoos for females.
* All NPC costume parts available for players.
* Radiation Assault for Dominators
* More unlockable weapon and costume options
* Ability to stack temp power charges (like the vanguard bombs that only have 3 charges, or the Wentport's 1 charge, etc) to numbers in the 10s or 30s
* War Axe for Stalkers
* New PvP and Purple recipes so there is one or the other for all recipe categories
* More recipes per set than you can slot (ie add a 7th and 8th to Touch of Death)
* Titan-Os drop at "your" level
* Badges for Oroboros pseudo-taskforces
* Shadow Shard gets the Hollows-style revamp with story arcs, and more content
* More new critters for old factions like came out with i18. Those are all very cool additions!

I've always said that id like to select what level rolls i got in AE, too. I think it'd help the market a ton. Why give me a 50 recipe if i roll in the 35-39 range?
And not only "heavy" builds, but why not chunky? I'd love to make a Phat Pharmer with overalls. LOL.
1. The ability to start TFs/SFs with one player, with the AVs scaling down to EBs if done solo. Nerf the merit rewards for soloing into the ground if it's necessary to balance risk to reward.
In no particular order after that...
The start of Hollows/Faultline style revamps for the hazard zones - let's have real reasons to go to them.
Red/Blueside story arc revamps - start with the 30-40 range.
Branching storylines/moral choices retrofitted into existing arcs - the patron arcs would be a nice place to start.

I'd like to see them tweak Ammo Swap for Duel Pistols, I like DP but Ammo Swap is supposed to the crown jewel of the set and right now it isn't really shining. I'd like to see them expand that seconard effects to more damage types and no longer have ammo swap remove some of the secondary effects from standard ammo like -def on Pistols or -Res on Armor Piercing or buff the ammo swap secondaries to make up for this fact.

Upgraded old costume pieces and sets to better textures and higher definition
Power pool customization (Minimal FX option for toggles and travel powers)
Martial arts for blaster secondary
Love and tweaks for epics archetypes

Titan-Os are like level 40 Hami-O's. So you can use them from levels 37 to 43. And not before and not after.
@eryq and ChaosAngel: Nerfs are good. You have two choices when something is broken: Bring everything else up to its power, or take it down. The right choice, is nearly always to take it down. Shield was not nerfed hard enough (aao still needs an adjustment). The zephyr change was fine. Now, nerfing something that's not broken is different, I can get behind no unnecessary nerfs. But if it's broken, I want it nerfed.

Back to the topic. I'd also agree to more Purple recipe types. Why not a heal, endurance or defense type purple set? Spread the purply love. lol.
Except for the first item, none of these are in any particular order.
1. More power proliferation. Specifically, all of it.
2. Level 21-50 content in Praetoria
3. The ability to start epic ATs in praetoria.
4. A martial arts blaster secondary.
5. A complete revamp of old blueside content and zones.
6. The devs to give up wasting time trying to fix PvP.
7. The devs to give up wasting time trying to fix the Mission Architect.
8. Fix power pools so that all powers are useful.
9. The ability to switch toons without going all the way out to the login screen.
10. Power customization for pool and temp powers
11. The ability to start ATs as any faction without going through praetoria first.
That's all I can think of now.
Titan Os to behave like IOs, they drop at the same level as they do now, but their bonuses are fixed and do not change with your level.
Missions appear on the city map, so for example you know which end of IP your mission is before you zone in so you can go via bricks when it's better.
Offline invites/promotions in supergroups so one man SGs work with only one account.
Better global chat channel admin, so that messages like You were kicked from XYZ channel by @Bad%^&* are actually retained and you get to see them if this happened while you were offline. Also a super moderator rank so a channel's founder can't be booted out of it in a coup unless he passes that baton on.
New sets/proliferation. I have now pretty much made over the course of 6+ years, every powerset combination I want to make, so new sets and proliferation are essential to keep my interest and/or new content.
Chainsaw melee for brutes (can see issues for the stalker port of this )

More power customization, like more animations for things like DP, and other sets that don't have more animations. Also more coloration and a fader for the pool powers and epics. And God yes no more nerfs... I see a lot of powers getting the hammer really soon, with the devs blaming it on "Balance" like they did with Shield Charge. Excuse me but my DM/SD was no more uber with SC that way it "Was" then. Don't know if I want to solo with him anymore, not having a power that barely "Arrests" minions.

I'd love to know which mission is the cave or buildings when i choose to run radios. Since we have options for missions to choose, a little C or B beside them would be nice. I hate caves. lol.
I'd also like to choose not to wear socks with sneakers on my male toons. The knee high socks are blah, imo.
