Remove Heal Decay - My emp in zone is public enemy No.1, relying on heals to survive. As there isn't damage decay so this is very unfair on us buffers!!!
Remove Travel Suppression - Activating shiver, slows me more than the target!!! Enough said, FIX IT!
Activate Base Raids again - Miss this, it's been so long i've almost forgotton how much fun it was.
A LvL 50 Free for all Zone like Warburg would be amazing! - pipe dream I know but it is a wish list.

Customization for Pools and Ancil/Patron powers - To be able to keep colour theme's throughout all powers would be wonderful
More power animation choices - very nice work so far, please keep it going.

Make Patron powers availble to hero's without having to take 4 days to GR and do patron mission - seems only fair as vills get APP straight away

Not really a wish anymore, I just wanted to say WOW ! good call, welldone and that's amazing that you took the steps to make it inherent, there are alot of classes that still suffer even with fitness pool, will it be possible to have it inherent and selectable too? So we can have double stamina on such end heavy characters such as Fire/Storm controllers and BroadSword/Dark Armour scrappers for example.

Ourorobororobororurous - When Rogue or Vigilante allow your Ouroborus portal to take you either side. I have opened mine in Cap Au Diable to get to Grandville to find I was thrown back to Atlas, Founders, etc etc options, i keep forgetting. xD
Email attachments - Can we please be able to send more than one item at a time every 15 seconds, this takes ages to transfer 10 or more IO, Salvage, Recipes etc.
Universal Server Channel - One channel within the chat tab that every character on the server is automatically a member of, new players don't have to search and join player made ones, so that teams searching for "x" can broadcast it and players can broadcast when looking for a team. I know this maybe do able at the moment but this suggestion is a definitive channel that everyone is aware of and a member no matter where they are in game.

Properly tested before release. Let's have one issue that doesn't require frequent post-release downtime/patching for problems that really should have been caught before release. Although I don't see how that can happen unless they fix the copy tool!
Allow Vigs and Rogues to enter the bases of team mates irrespective of alignment and side. This is the singular most annoying part of GR. I am Rogue, I'm teamed with a Vig who has base permissions for team mates and yet I have to use the train? Seriously annoying. Same for Oro. Your data mining is going to be skewed with a load of people going vig because it's easier to navigate redside than blue.*

Do what you said would be done in i17 and GR; let those of us who want to tell stories in AE do so without an xp nerf. If I have a mission where you destroy 4 items why does that require less xp? If you are going to leave the AE issue as worthless then just remove the content. Seriously. Those buildings are ugly and if no one uses them, why bother.
Base love - Some pictures/skins/shrubbery that could be moved from Praetoria I think. Base improvements are unlikely I think and I'd rather no love than remove the ability to stack/merge items.*

Personally I am still in love with Preatoria. I love how the story arcs were worked in over there. I would love to see a revamp like that for both sides. I know it would take some time but spread it out over three issues or such.
At the very least do it with the hazard zones and add some new story paths to villians. Main reason I hardly play over there is I am tired of the same story over and over again.

1) Women of Artemis costume pieces. Sadly I will probably never attend a con and a KoA has been high on my wish list ever since I learned about them.
2) Full body tats for men and women. I am female and have ink so why can't my female toons?
3) Sports add on costume pack complete with quad skates for in game derby action.
4) More tips missions. It would be great if this could happen before i19 because doing the same tip missions over and over again is rather annoying. Currently I can only bring myself to run them every few days and even then not a full five.

I'd also love the ability to add extra slots to a level 50 character. By one of two ways:
1) Buying an extra slot, or set of slots, as a microtransaction. Like say, you can buy 1 slot, or 2, or 5. To put into a single slotable power. How much do you think an extra slot is worth? A dollar? Ten dollars? Hmm.
2) A recipe that can only drop from level 50+ foes and can only be used (with the correct salvage) by a level 50 character at an Invention table, that gives that character one bonus slot that can be added to any slotable power they have.
In no particular order:
1) More costume pieces. They are, after all, one of the biggest strengths of this game.
2) Shadow Shard revamp with story arcs. I love Rularuu as enemies because they aren't pushovers like most of the other content. Even with a high-end build you'll likely have problems with them solo at higher difficulty settings.
3) Colourable epic pools. Not that big of a deal, but it's a bit silly when your ancillary powers that use electricity, for example, are coloured different than your main powers.
4) Some power profileration would be nice.
