My #1 all time favorite trainer is Back Alley Brawler. He's 100% Badass. Castle is a close second, however.

Ms. Liberty is a classic, which is why I was happy to see Dominatrix in Nova Praetoria.

The Vanguard Drill Sgt. holds a special place in my heart. It's where NightErrant got his 50th level.

I wish the trainers redside were more varied though. Arbiters are nice and all, and I get the story reasons, but I like Paragon and Praetoria for their unique trainers.

As far as looks go, it's Foreshadow all the way. That guy has one of the best costumes I've ever seen in ANY game. Not a lot of personality though.

Ravenstorm. For the longest time he was just "Who's that guy? What's up with that guy? What's his story? Does he actually ever do anything other than stand on that rock?" He was the one who trained Eva up to 50.

Well now it turns out he does actually do something; he gets captured by Hollow Point's militia who looks suspiciously like Council, frees himself with Death Shroud, then proceeds to run around aggroing stuff. He should be the game's signature Scrapper character. Ms Liberty isn't a real Scrapper. Scrappers don't need a private army of dorks with flamethrowers, they can solo all of Arachnos all by themselves, or they're at least gonna try. Maybe Valkyrie is, but she's stood by far too long while Positron tortured countless TF runners with his old TF, and didn't lift a finger to advocate making it less arduous for her fellow Scrappers seeking the accolade. And besides, Rikti invasions happen right in front of her all the time, and she doesn't do anything. Mynx, catgirl, 'nuff said.

So yeah, Ravenstorm, you're now officially my favorite. Have a -KB IO, on me.

The Atlas Park Cutie does have nostalgic ties to the dawn of my superhero career, although others can grow on you for a variety of reasons.

I like the trainer in Hollows, he is pretty good looking. Can't remember his name though since we only met once..

I have to admit I don't really have a favourite because none of them really give me a huge reason to like or dislike them.

Having said that I feel its a big shame redside just get Arbiters. I like the fact Blueside have unique characters to train with.

Blue Side it depends on my character.

My TAD when he hit the teens leveled up exclusively with Swan. This way Manticore could keep tabs on his progress.

My Stone/Ice tank always levels up with Blue Steel in Kings Row. Storywise the character is from a working class family in Kings Row.


Red side Arbiter Orr. . .I grew up in Boston.

Praetoria Resistance characters level up in the Underground bases after level 5. Loyalists will level up with who ever the trainer in the zone is.

For even the 50th level, I go back and kneel (rest position) one final time and reflect on that individual's career.

Then I train up and blast upwards.

Friends tease me about it ... check

Just doing something that I find fun and private for me... PRICELESS.
