Dominators and inherent Stamina
I truly believe the concealment pool will become the new Pool of the Month. What's not to like? For IOs, it's obvious, and if you USE it, your teammates get a layer of defense.

I was just playing my level 35 Fire/Fire Dom and thinking about how Stamina being an inherent will let me fit in Fire Cages or Ring of Fire to immobilize runners. And lots of my Doms will be able to fit in travel powers, or just the travel power that I wanted them to have instead of usually Superspeed (since Hasten is so useful for them).

Easier to fit in another attack or control.
Easier to fit in another "flavor" power (say, Spirit Tree.)
Easier to fit in CJ with SS - CJ is nice in only really needing the default slot, and you can use THAT for a -KB IO. Which means, overall, I'll probably grab SS more often.
It all depends on the dom for me. It's going to be interesting to see how it affects slotting, though.
I kknow that with my main mind/stone/psi it's so hard to redo it's not funny... I can't beside on two powers and to be honest I got everything I need already. I only thing I really need is more procs, since I've got all my LotGs maxed, what else is there?
Well my current Dom doesn't have the fitness pool, so gaining this as an inherit will only help my dom. Health and Stamina won't help much, but the swift and hurdle will be a nice addition to my build.

My Mind/Fire will be taking the concealment pool for more LotG slots. And that will put me at 87.5% global recharge at lvl 22, great for exemping down.

Well, I respec'd my ice/ice/lev into ice/ice/ice, dropping hiber, waterspout, shark skin, and hasten for sleet, ice storm, hiber, and hoarfrost, so this will let me add hasten back in. I might grab CJ to stick a -KB in. Not sure on the last one, maybe recall friend or something.

Almost all of my builds across all ATs will be taking:
recall friend
maneuvers
tactics (if I have either 3 or 6 slots) OR
assault (if I have less than 3 slots)
The only ones who aren't doing this either already had one or more of the above powers, or didn't have stamina so aren't changing at all.

Hands down leadership. I get 2 lotg slots as opposed to 3 with concealment, but I'll be facilitating the entire team dominating content rather than picking 3 powers that I'll likely never use other than mules.
Concealment = useless mules (more or less)
Leadership = useful mules in a lot of situations
I wouldn't foresee any of my doms picking up additional prim/sec powers. The core powers they have selected are more than adequate for everything the game can and does put forth.
Depends on the powersets. My earth/earth might be able to make use of Phase Shift; throwing down a pseudopet for control, then Phase Shifting into position, while the alpha gets wasted, that's pretty nice, and the powers need no extra slotting.
On high-recharge permadom builds that don't need to lean on a lot of other slots, I'd actually consider snagging the Presence Pool. With permadom, the AoE Terrorize is mag 4, and not a terrible radius - which can make it an acceptable emergency mez if you lack a damage aura.
Well, I think I'll just take Recall friend on every toon. It is very useful tool especially if you run big teams a lot (which I do).
Recall Friend becomes a must for me.
And then maybe Combat Jumping because what's not to like? Low end cost and 2.5% defense to all and you jump higher.
I still will not take any travel power. Temp fly and ninja run are good enough and I don't pvp.
What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.
The build I currently use doesn't have the fitness pool, I survive off of perma Drain Psyche.

My new Elec/Elec Dom has been making do with Ninja Run as his Travel Power.
With Inherent Fitness, I can scrunch in CJ and SJ, now have a spot for a -KB IO and can grab Electric Fence to increase my controls a bit. It's definitely turning out to be a major boon for this particular character.
Dunno how I might change my old Grav/Psi though.

Leadership! Assault and tactics have been growing on me heavily and will make a nice base addition to build up. Stealth is always a good option too. This will be nice for my ice/fire as I took teleport, leadership, stealth, and fitness as my power pools. I can replace fitness with SS or SJ finally!
I feel like we will see a lot more people running around with just sprint and ninja run lol.
Does anyone know of any supposed numbers for the 4 powers? Will they be enhanceable like they are now?

I'm a little torn on how to handle it for my Earth/Fire permadom. I can either...
A. Take Stealth, Grant Invisibility, and Maneuvers, drop a LotG +rech in all three, and call it a day. Going from 100% recharge before Hasten to 122.5% should be nice. I think I only have two of them slotted currently. Even if I already have three, as far as I know, +15% recharge will push me over to perma-Hasten, which would be nice.
B. Take Fighting to get Weave. I have Scorpion Shield, so extra defense is always nice. I've been getting very good mileage out of purple inspirations. Defense is nice for those times when Stalagmites misses several enemies or I miss a hold or two on a boss, letting him stab me in the face for a few seconds before I can stop him.
Leaning toward option A, since I can always use purple insps to softcap myself and more recharge = more AoE mezzes = less things shooting at me anyway.
Having Vengeance and Fallout slotted for recharge means never having to say you're sorry.
I think I might look into the medicine pool. (on the ones that don't have it)

Seems every other AT board is doing this, so why not here?
Now that the fitness pool will become inherent, Dominators get to pick three more powers of their choosing. And the already slot hungry AT gets hungrier.
So, how will this affect you and how do you forsee things changing?
Common things I've seen some people thinking:
My Mind/Energy/Power with high recharge is unsure what to do. He already took the entire fitness line just to have less powers to slot, and his slots are placed very strategically for max recharge, so this should be interesting.
My Gravity/Ice/Ice with a focus on defense is happy to be able to fit in fighting. This will make him easily cap on ranged and have very solid AoE defense. He might even be able to fit in some recharge and accuracy on top of it.
My Plant/Fire will get to pick more goofy powers for fun.
Still not sure what this will do to my main Ice/Ice/Ice, but then again, he still has not adjusted to issue 18. So. . .
