The background on seers tempts me very much to make several psychics in praetoria. Should add an extra layer for a resistance character.
Bit creepy but cool.

I'm confused. If she was born during the Hamidon wars, how come "our" Shalice Tilman (Sister Psyche) is over 80 years old?

Nice new pic for MM, but I think I enjoy the pics for the seers more =d. Floating seers in that city area..Good times.
Pinnacle & Virtue:
A bunch of Heroes - Alpha Team, Legion of Order.
A bunch of Villains -Black Citadel , Pinnache.
The new NPC costumes are great, but.... I feel it is more of the same problem where NPCs get far cooler costume parts.
Other than that, I really enjoy the developing story of Pretoria.

The screenshot makes it look like the seers hover in the air kind of like the Mu from CoV and the body position of the three Seers on the web page appears to support that idea.

Oooh... very cool and interesting. Praetoria is such a safe and secure place. I can't believe how the powers-that-be of this world have twisted things so badly.
Anyways, hehe... This really made me think on my Main Villain's (Malfaz) Praetorian counterpart, since he was born a psychic. This backstory really made me think of some interesting ideas and directions for his Praetorian version... Hmmmm (I never thought of making one before).
