This was brought up in the Comic and Hero Culture forums yesterday and I believe a PM was sent to a redname pointing it (the website selling the knockoff stuff) out.

It's like someone took a picture of a shirt from Google and then hired a 6-year old to decorate it with MS Paint, and then some malicious Photoshopper turned the saturation way up.
No offense, but those are really ugly shirts. Those colors just don't combine! The logo doesn't look as bad on a pure black or pure white tee, but brown? Forest green? Ugh.
I reported them to Zazzle, which may mean the person's store will at least be taken down while Zazzle investigates.

I'm pretty sure I saw a Freem shirt on Big Bang Theory awhile ago. Exactly the same as the one I bought from the NCSoft booth at SD Comic Con. Someone on that show is definitely a fan.

I see they also exist here as well. I wonder if the NCSoft Legal department are going to use the same tact and discretion (ie very little) against the Big Bang Theory producers as they have have against player-made material in the past?

Yeah, I'm willing to bet the stuff on Big Bang Theory is paid product placement (or at least authorized use with a writer/producer who's a fan). BBT isn't going to be seeing any action from NCSoft legal.
