I think this game is better than a lot of games community-wise because you'll find more dedicated, nice, and mature players here than in WoW or Call of Duty, or any of those other mainstream buckets of 9 year olds screaming into their microphones.
Here I haven't met one person who I can really say was immature. Everyone acts so intelligently

Now this was a game....
I used mimeo machines and typewriters in school and the only computer we had was a slide rule!. I distinctly remember paying .35 for a pack of cigarettes and soft drinks were .15 from a swamper cooler.
So although I am an official old timer in age (65 in May, 2010) I am new to online gaming. I have, however, been 'gaming' since I was 22 years old.

48 here. I bumped into a player 3-4 years back that claimed, then, to be 68.
I used to fiddle with my back feet music for a black onyx. My entire room absorbed every echo. The music was . . . thud like. The music was . . . thud like. I usually played such things as rough-neck and thug. Opaque melodies that would bug most people. Music from the other side of the fence.

I was 16 when I started playing, but added 5 years when people asked me, becuase everyone I teamed with seemd to be at least twice my age, and it felt rather weird, and I didn't want to be treated as a kid

Except that I'm pretty sure Mary Sue...er, Bella isn't supposed to be Edward's granddaughter. 
Or maybe she is, I dunno. Wouldn't be the creepiest thing Meyer put in those horrible books.

My friend's son is 3, and plays on my account when he comes over to my house. I'm not sure if his costume editing counts as playing (his favorite thing to do, and his favorite color is green, and only green, so the entire toon is green), but he laughs a lot and says 'do it again' when he watches me footstomp bad guys, or send white fire imps on mobs.
